Escape Simulator 2: 57th Avenue Station Walkthrough and All 8 Tokens (Apocalypse DLC)

57th Avenue Station is the overgrown subway room in the Apocalypse DLC for Escape Simulator 2. Getting out comes down to restoring power to the platform, working through a chain of puzzles, and feeding three Override Keys into the door box by the turnstiles. Full completion adds eight hidden tokens tucked around the concourse and the derailed train cars.

Quick answer: Get the power running and complete the puzzles to obtain three Override Keys. Put them all in the Manual Door Override box beside the turnstiles to unlock the exit staircase, and pick up all 8 tokens before departing.

What opens the exit

The revolving turnstile staircase stays locked until the Manual Door Override cabinet holds all three keys. Each key sits behind a separate puzzle chain, and two of those chains depend on power being live first.

First Override Key — released by the train power fuse panel.
Second Override Key — hidden inside the metal box from the pillar puzzle.
Third Override Key — locked in the trackside safe powered by three battery bundles.

57th Avenue Station escape walkthrough

Search the blue lockers, the benches, and the floor to gather loose change and soda cans. You need €3.00 in coins for the ticket machine, plus a screwdriver found inside one of the lockers.

Read the yellow route note on the pillar, then trace the line-hopping steps on the Harbor Point transit map. Starting where the C and G lines cross and following each instruction leads you to Station Code 23.

Pay €3.00 at the ticket vendor, then input route code 59232—Train Code 59, Station Code 23, Platform 2. Confirm your selection and collect the ticket.

Scan the printed ticket at the reader beside Train 59’s doors. They slide open, so you can enter the train car.

Inside the car, work the circular compass dial safe. Set the four directional glyphs to match the pink graffiti symbols painted at the north, east, south, and west points around the concourse. Opening it reveals the brass Control Room key.

Open the brown briefcase using the pattern printed on its lid, pressing 4, 1, V, Z, 8 on the lock plate. Inside are the first battery bundle and a newspaper.

Take the brass key to the door marked “AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ONLY” and unlock it to enter the Control Room.

Flip the four vertical breaker switches until every indicator turns green, then press the round red master power button. This powers the tracks and the rest of the station systems.

At the damaged train’s front console, position the numbered fuse cylinders until every column reaches its target: Power 6, 9, 4, and 4. Once the values balance, claim the first Override Key and place it in the Manual Door Override box near the stairs.

Pick up the magnetic calendar tiles in the Control Room locker, on the floor, and on the desk. Work out the February maintenance schedule, then set the desk drawer dials to 03 13 26 to unlock it and retrieve the second battery pack.

The drawer code runs in ascending order, and the weekly maintenance always falls on the same day, so read the calendar tiles in date order.

Count the bullet holes on the soda cans for each flavor, then press the vending machine buttons in that order. Match the counts for Zeph, Orange, Mint, Cherry, and Berry to dispense a metal mosaic tile.

Place the mosaic tile on the central pillar puzzle and slide the tiles until the subway loop image is complete. The compartment opens to give you a metal box and a floor-grid blueprint note.

Compare the blueprint to the yellow floor tile patterns near the pillar, then press the matching buttons on the metal box. It opens to reveal the second Override Key. Slot it into the override box by the gate.

Use the screwdriver to remove the payphone faceplate screws, then rotate the four internal dials to 28, 19, 85, and 15 to match the shooting target sheet. This releases the third battery pack.

Insert all three battery bundles into the trackside power box outside. Completing the circuit unlocks the nearby safe holding the third Override Key.

Fit the third Override Key in the Manual Door Override box. The turnstile exit staircase unlocks once all three keys are inside.

All 8 token locations

The eight secret tokens are optional and do not affect the escape, but they are needed for a 100% clear. You can grab them at any point, and the counter in the top-right HUD climbs from 0/8 to 8/8 as you find each one.

How to confirm you finished

When all three Override Keys are seated, every indicator light on the Manual Door Override box turns on and the turnstile staircase unlocks. Walk up the stairs to trigger the completion photo for 57th Avenue Station. If the token counter reads 8/8 in the HUD before you step through, you have cleared the room to full completion.
