The Zeus Event is a limited, storm-themed update in the Roblox game Build and Kill Zombies. It adds a dedicated Event Shop, a set of event quests, a new boss fight against Zeus, and a range of lightning-powered car parts and weapons you can bolt onto your own build. Everything runs on a separate currency called Lightning Tokens.

Lightning Tokens: the event currency
Lightning Tokens are the only currency the Event Shop accepts. They are separate from the regular cash and hacker tokens you earn in normal runs. You gather them in three ways: completing event quests, defeating the Zeus boss, and buying token packs with Robux. The Huge Pack, for example, grants 5,000 Lightning Tokens for 399 Robux.
Event Shop items and prices
The Event Shop stocks seven Zeus-themed pieces, spanning cosmetics, wheels, fuel, an engine, a turbo, and two weapons. Prices climb steeply toward the top of the list, with Zeus’s Wrath, flagged as a “DEADLY WEAPON,” sitting at the ceiling.

Note that Cloudrunner Wheels are priced per wheel, so a standard four-wheel setup costs 2,000 tokens on its own.
Event quests and weekly reset
The quest board tracks event-specific objectives that feed straight into Lightning Tokens. These reset on the Weekly Reset timer, so they can be repeated across the run. Each objective marks itself claimable once its counter fills.

Claiming a finished quest fires a confirmation such as “Quest complete! +500 Lightning Tokens,” which is your signal the reward landed.
The Zeus boss fight
Zeus spawns as a shared, server-wide boss inside a circular colosseum arena. When the fight opens, an on-screen banner reads “The Zeus battle has started!” and a boss health bar appears at 102,000 HP. Zeus fights back with lightning attacks that mark the arena floor, and multiple players can hit him at once until his bar empties.
A defeated Zeus returns “You defeated Zeus! Zeus has been defeated!” and pays out both Lightning Tokens and in-game cash. Because the encounter is repeatable within the event window, defeating him more than once stacks the token rewards toward the pricier shop items.
What the Zeus weapons and parts do
The two event weapons cover different ranges. Zeus’s Wrath mounts on the front of the car and fires a continuous electrical beam, dealing rapid, high damage to anything it touches. The Thunderbolt Ballista works at long range instead, launching lightning bolts that pick off distant zombies before they reach the vehicle.
The drivetrain pieces are built for distance. Pairing the Thunderheart Engine, Lightning Fuel, and four Cloudrunner Wheels produced a run of 5,117 studs, deep into the Egypt desert zone, outperforming the earlier hacker-tier parts. Fuel remains the hard limit on any run, so the higher-capacity Lightning Fuel is what keeps a fast build moving rather than raw engine speed alone.
Taken together, the Zeus Event is a self-contained loop: grind quests and the boss for Lightning Tokens, spend them on the storm-themed shop, and assemble a build that pushes your distance record further into the wasteland before the event timer closes it out.
