The headline claim is that she runs two separate Elemental Bursts on a single character, each powered by its own resource, alongside a Cryo-infused attack string, a shield, a signature weapon, and a team built around the game’s newer Stellar reactions. All of it is unofficial and can change before release.

She is reported as a 5-star Cryo character. Datamined information lists her as a Bow user, even though her reveal footage shows her holding a long, polearm-like weapon. That split is not unusual in Genshin Impact, since Childe equips a Bow but fights with summoned melee weapons and Raiden Shogun equips a Polearm but draws a sword during her Burst.
The two-stage ultimate, explained
The unusual part of the leaked kit is the dual Burst. The Tsaritsa reportedly has a normal Elemental Burst that runs on standard Elemental Energy, and a second, special Burst that runs on a separate resource described as Combat Intent or Fighting Spirit.
The normal Burst has to be charged and cast first. Casting it switches her into a Special Q state, during which the whole party generates stacks of that second resource by triggering Elemental Reactions. Once enough stacks build up, the special Burst becomes available. The mechanic draws obvious comparisons to Mavuika’s Nightsoul and Fighting Spirit burst system, where one cast feeds a second, more powerful payoff.
The Stellar team: Tsaritsa, Odette, Danica, Mitya
Her damage and her special Burst are said to scale with Stellar Elemental Reactions, and the leaked kit peaks when she is paired with three Stellar teammates. The named lineup is Odette, Danica, and Mitya. That composition is what generates the reaction stacks fast enough to fuel her second Burst and keep her damage rolling.
One set of leaks takes a narrower view: she is a damage dealer restricted to Stellar-Conduct and Stellar-Swirl, rather than an all-purpose Cryo support. Without those restrictions, she would probably rank among the game’s strongest characters. Other reports disagree, suggesting she retains value in shorter rotations and can serve as a quick-swap sub-DPS. The dispute hinges on how much of her kit remains active off field.
How her Stellar reaction buffs work
Two Stellar reactions sit at the core of the team, and the Tsaritsa reportedly upgrades both.
Stellar Swirl (Cryo + Anemo)
Stellar Swirl forms a Stellar Vortex from Cryo and Anemo. On its own it deals flat damage, but with the Tsaritsa on the team it also shreds enemy Anemo resistance. That turns a damage-only reaction into a debuff for the rest of the party.
Stellar Conduct (Cryo + Electro)
Stellar Conduct pairs Cryo and Electro to create a Polestar Field. The field records elemental applications and stacks buffs toward a 12-hit threshold, granting Cryo and Electro damage bonuses and physical resistance shred inside the zone. The Tsaritsa’s extra Cryo application is meant to reach that threshold faster, which reportedly doubles the reaction multipliers and adds a 40% Cryo and Electro damage boost.
Why the Elevation multiplier matters
The leaked damage formula for direct Stellar Conduct damage includes a standalone Elevation multiplier that sits at the end of the calculation, next to CRIT and the resistance term. Because it multiplies the whole line, it is a large damage lever rather than a small percentage buff.
Until now, Elevation only showed up as a Constellation 6 effect on Sandrone, Odette, and Vesna. Danica’s base kit reportedly leans hard into support duties. Her Elemental Skill is said to provide interruption resistance and damage mitigation, compared to Dehya’s defensive mechanics, along with off-field Electro application. Her Elemental Burst is described as a teamwide heal. Combined, that gives the Stellar team both survivability and the steady Electro it needs to keep Stellar Conduct running.
What is solid and what is still shaky
The Version 7.0 Stellar mechanics themselves are established in-game, and the patch schedule that places the Tsaritsa and Danica in Version 7.3 has held up well so far, since the roadmap correctly called the Version 7.1 lineup ahead of time. Her Cryo element is official, confirmed through her reveal and voice cast.
The kit details are the least settled part. Her weapon type, her exact role on and off the field, the two-Burst resource, and every multiplier remain pre-beta claims without tested rotations behind them.
