Every Gear in Anime Dice and How to Get Them

The full list of all 15 Gears, the buffs they grant, and the exact Tower floors that drop them.

The full list of all 15 Gears, the buffs they grant, and the exact Tower floors that drop them.

Gears are equippable items in Anime Dice that bolt stat bonuses straight onto your avatar. Each one boosts something that matters, whether that is Luck for rarer rolls, Cash for faster income, Damage for Tower combat, Gems for grading units, or raw walk speed. There are 15 of them in total, and every single piece is a floor drop from one of the game’s five Towers.

Quick answer: Clear the required Tower floors to earn Gears. Each Tower drops three pieces, with rarer ones gated behind higher floors and drop rates as low as 0.02%.

How Gears work in Anime Dice

Gears live in the Gears tab inside your Backpack, alongside Units and Items. The avatar silhouette there has six equip slots, and each Gear fits exactly one of them. A slot you have no Gear for simply reads “You don’t own any gear for this slot yet.”

  • Head
  • Torso
  • Back
  • Upper
  • Waist
  • Lower

The only way to obtain Gears right now is as a direct drop from a Tower. There is no shop, craft, or trade route for them. The strongest pieces sit on Floor 90 and above with a 0.02% drop chance, so expect a long grind for the top-tier gear.

Best Gear build for farming

Because each slot only takes one Gear, you can run one Head, one Torso, one Back, one Upper, and one Waist piece at a time. The setup that stacks the strongest Luck, Cash, Gem, and Damage bonuses into a single loadout is this:

  • Head — Obita’s Mask (+40% Luck, +30% Gems)
  • Upper — Angel’s Halo (+30% Luck, +5 Walk Speed)
  • Back — Enol’s Drums (+40% Luck, 1.5x Cash)
  • Torso — Mazun’s Coat (+50% Luck, 2x Cash)
  • Waist — Sakuna’s Sash (2x Damage, +30% Luck, +30% Gems)

Equipping all five at once gives you 2x Damage, 3x Cash, +190% Luck, +60% Gems, and +5 Walk Speed. It is built for overall progression rather than maxing a single stat, which makes it the go-to loadout once you can farm the Floor 90 drops.

How to confirm a Gear dropped

When a Tower run rewards a Gear, it lands in the Gears tab of your Backpack under the matching slot. Open Backpack, switch to Gears, and select the slot that piece belongs to. If the item appears there instead of the empty-slot message, the drop registered and you can equip it right away. Because the rarest pieces sit at a 0.02% rate on the deepest floors, repeated clears of those floors are usually needed before one shows up.
