Cut all the Grass: All Classes, Rarities, and Reroll Costs

Every class you can roll in the Roblox mowing sim, with drop chances and both abilities for each.

Every class you can roll in the Roblox mowing sim, with drop chances and both abilities for each.

Classes shape how a run plays out in Cut all the Grass, the Roblox mowing sim where you clear an overgrown yard against an 80-minute clock. Each class carries two abilities that boost cutting speed, backpack size, sale value, or rare drops, and you pull them from the Classes shop by spending Gems. There are eleven in total, spread across six rarity tiers.

Quick answer: Reroll a class at the Classes shop for 40 Gems per attempt. Gems come from cutting grass and clearing achievements during runs.

How to reroll a class

Head to the Classes shop and pay 40 Gems to roll. Each roll draws one class based on its listed chance, so higher-rarity classes land far less often than the common ones. Gems build up as you cut grass and complete achievements, and every reroll spends another 40, so a run of bad luck can drain a balance fast.

Class abilities

Common classes

Starter is the default pull. Room to Grow adds 10% backpack capacity at every storage level, while Tool by Tool lets you buy separate cash upgrades for every cutting tool as the run progresses.

Hauler is built around carrying more. Deep Pockets raises backpack capacity by 30% at every storage level, and Long Haul suits areas outside sprinkler coverage where you collect valuable grass.

Uncommon class

Merchant focuses on money. Good Business raises the sale value of grass you drop at bins or sprinklers by 12%, and Your Payday lets you keep that full improved value when you unload.

Rare classes

Blademaster speeds up bladed tools. Quick Hands shortens the knife and scythe’s recovery between swings by 8%, and Flow State adds 15% momentum to the katana whenever a cut connects.

Mechanic keeps the chainsaw running. Cool Running generates 12% less heat while cutting, and Quick Recovery cools the chainsaw 15% faster while it rests.

Epic classes

Irrigator improves sprinklers. Wider Collection extends the bag pickup radius of sprinklers you buy by 10% for the crew, while Shared Coverage remains active on every sprinkler you purchase until your run ends.

Prospector chases Gems. Hidden Treasure raises the Gem-drop chance from completed cuts from 0.20% to 0.25%, and One Clean Find still awards exactly one Gem per successful drop.

Lucky Fireball targets Molotov drops. Fire Finder raises their drop chance from completed cuts by 50%, moving it from 0.15% to 0.225%, while Hot Streak keeps every other grass-drop chance normal.

Legendary classes

Botanist rewards Tall Grass. Valuable Harvest makes Tall Grass cut with hand tools sell for 100% more, and Field Knowledge carries that doubled value into your bag so it pays out when you unload.

Champion cuts upgrade costs. Smart Spending drops tool-specific cash upgrades by 15%, and Every Tool spreads that discount across the scissors, knife, katana, scythe, and chainsaw.

Mythic class

Superstar has a 0.1% pull rate, making it the rarest option. Star Speed raises the work rate of every cutting tool by 25%, while Extra Rewards increases coins and Gems earned from gameplay rewards by 20%. With faster cutting and extra currency together, it is the strongest class to pursue.

Because every roll costs 40 Gems and odds do not improve with failed attempts, stock up on Gems before chasing a Legendary or Mythic class rather than rolling with a thin balance.
