Right Thumbs-Up is a small cosmetic in Aniimo that sticks a right-side thumbs-up onto your character or your Aniimo. It is a universal accessory, so the same item works on both, and it carries a style value of 10. Here is exactly where it comes from and what you pay for it.
Quick answer: Buy it from the Curio Corner Shop in the Shop. The Right Thumbs-Up Pack costs 300 Voxel Coin, and the stall also lists the item on its own for 15 Fashion Voucher.
Right Thumbs-Up details
Right Thumbs-Up sits in the universal accessory category, meaning it can be worn by your Pathfinder character and equipped on an Aniimo. It fits both the male and female body types, so nobody is locked out of it.

How to get Right Thumbs-Up from the Curio Corner Shop
The item lives in the Curio Corner Shop, a rotating stall inside the Shop menu run by Shanel. Its stock is random and refreshes once a day, so Right Thumbs-Up will not always be sitting there when you open the menu.
There are two ways it appears. The Right Thumbs-Up Pack shows up in the Universal Accessory section for 300 Voxel Coin, and opening that pack gives you the cosmetic. The stall also lists Right Thumbs-Up by itself in its character accessories lineup for 15 Fashion Voucher. Both routes leave you with the same Rare accessory, and each carries a purchase limit of one.
It can also turn up inside an Aniimo Accessory Pack, the Epic chest that hands out a batch of accessories when you open it.
Because the Curio Corner Shop reshuffles every day at the daily reset, check back on a new day if Right Thumbs-Up is not in the current rotation.
Confirming you own it
After the purchase, open your wardrobe and look under accessories. Right Thumbs-Up will be listed as an equippable option for both your character and your Aniimo, ready to slot on. Once it reads as owned there, the cosmetic is permanently yours and the buy is done.
