How to unlock the Rose Thorn Blade
Unlocking the cosmetic depends on a single condition: pulling the collectible Rose Thorn Blade out of Operation: Egg Heist in one piece. The collectible itself is an Ancient Relic found in the world during the mode, and extracting it successfully is what flips the accessory to unlocked.
A faint during Operation: Egg Heist costs your character every item in their backpack and all gear they have equipped. If the run ends in failure, the collectible cannot be extracted, leaving its accessory locked.
Collector’s Edition: Rose Thorn Blade
There is a second, upgraded version of the blade. The Collector’s Edition: Rose Thorn Blade is Legendary quality with a fashion value of 30, higher than the standard Epic’s 20. It also covers both the character and Aniimo accessory slots and offers 10 attach points.
Its unlock process is similar, but it requires a different collectible: extract the Collector’s Edition: Rose Thorn Blade during Operation: Egg Heist to claim it. The two rewards unlock independently, so earning the standard version does not also grant the Collector’s Edition.

Both collectibles are Prismatic-grade Ancient Relics found in the world. After picking one up, you can put it in the Operation: Egg Heist collectible cabinet to display it, and collecting it unlocks the corresponding S1-exclusive Aniimo accessory.
How to confirm it unlocked
Once you extract with the collectible, the accessory becomes available on its own. Open your appearance customization menu and the Rose Thorn Blade will appear as a selectable accessory for your character and your Aniimo. If you still see it locked, the collectible did not survive extraction, and you will need another successful run.
