The Sticks and Stones trophy in Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival asks for one very specific kill. You have to finish off an enemy with a thrown stone rather than a gun or a melee weapon. It sits among the rarest unlocks in the game, and the setup is easy to walk past because the stone and the enemies are in two different places. The simplest window opens during the stretch near the objective marked “FIND THE STATUE’S TONGUE,” just before you open the gate to Charlotte.
Quick answer: Pick up the Stone outside the mansion entrance, carry it to the Unworthy near Charlotte’s gate, shoot one until it turns blue, then throw the stone to kill it.
What the Sticks and Stones trophy needs
The requirement is to kill an enemy using a thrown stone. In practice, a normal zombie has too much health to die from a single rock, so the kill only registers once the enemy is already weakened into its staggered state. In Hellraiser: Revival that state is labelled on screen as “Banishing Unworthy recovers Health and Suffering,” and the enemy glows blue. A stone thrown at a blue Unworthy delivers the finishing blow and pops the trophy.
- A thrown Stone, picked up outside the mansion entrance.
- A firearm such as the pistol to stagger a zombie into its blue state.
- An Unworthy enemy near the gate that opens toward Charlotte.
Hellraiser: Revival has no chapter select or post-game free roam, so keep a manual save before you attempt this in case the setup goes wrong.

The stone you need is not sitting next to the enemies. It waits back up at the mansion entrance, so the kill requires a short round trip. Start at the pathway gate tied to the “OPEN THE GATE TO CHARLOTTE” prompt, then head back the way you came rather than opening the gate.

Turn an enemy blue and throw the stone
With the stone in hand, head back down to the enemies by the gate. The order matters here, since you cannot aim a firearm while holding the stone.

How to confirm the unlock
You will know it worked when the “Trophy earned!” banner for Sticks and Stones appears in the corner of the screen the moment the stone connects with the blue enemy. If the zombie dies to anything other than the thrown stone, or the stone hits it before it glows blue, the trophy will not register. Reload your manual save, stagger a fresh enemy into its blue state, and throw again. Across Hellraiser: Revival’s full list of 45 trophies, this is one of the toughest optional ones to tick off, so landing it cleanly saves you a return trip you cannot otherwise make.
