Electro-Shock Therapy is a bronze trophy in Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival that you earn by dying from an electric shock. It sits at roughly 4.2 percent rarity, so most players walk past the hazard that triggers it without ever stepping in. The simplest place to grab it is the flooded corridor during the Escape Charlotte sequence.
Quick answer: During Escape Charlotte (objective “Get to safety”), walk into the electrified puddle and let the current drain your health to zero. The trophy pops on death.
Where the electric hazard is located
The trigger appears during the Escape Charlotte section, while your objective reads “Get to safety.” As you make your way through this area you reach a corridor where sewer water has flooded the floor. When the power is active, that water crackles with purple electrical current.
The game spells out the danger with an in-world hint: “Electric puddles are deadly while the power is on.” That same deadliness is exactly what you need here. Open your map if you want to confirm your position in the corridor before you commit.

How to confirm the trophy unlocked
You will see the “Trophy Earned!” banner for Electro-Shock Therapy appear immediately as your character dies in the puddle. There is no extra action required. Once the banner shows, the bronze trophy is registered and you can reload your most recent checkpoint to carry on with the escape.
On Xbox and PC the same unlock is listed under a different name, “Hairraiser: Revival,” with the description “Died from electric shock.” The requirement is identical on every platform.
Because this is a death rather than a story step, you lose no permanent progress by grabbing it here. Step in, let the shock finish you, confirm the banner, and continue toward safety.
