The A Quiet Place trophy in Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival asks you to cross the graveyard, retrieve the Graveyard Gate Inset, and open the exit gate while staying completely unseen. It is a Bronze trophy, but one of the rarest in the game, earned by only a tiny fraction of players because a single detection or thrown object voids the run.

Quick answer: Escape the graveyard without being spotted by Charlotte and without throwing anything, then insert the Graveyard Gate Inset into the main gate to trigger the cutscene and unlock the trophy.

Conditions you must not break

The section begins as you exit the chapel into the foggy graveyard, with the objective “Find a way out of the graveyard” and the warning to escape Charlotte. The trophy only counts if you hold to a few strict rules the entire time you are inside the graveyard.

  • Do not get spotted by Charlotte at any point.
  • Do not throw anything, and avoid picking up bottles that can be thrown.
  • Do not step on broken glass, which alerts nearby enemies.
  • Use crouch and cover to move silently through bushes, crypts, and courtyards.

Hellraiser: Revival has no Chapter Select and no free roam after the story, so this trophy is permanently missable. Make a manual save before you enter the graveyard so you can reload instantly if you are detected.

Reaching the house and the Graveyard Gate Inset

Leave the chapel and crouch immediately. Charlotte patrols the open ground ahead, so slip into the overgrown bushes to the side and move through them rather than along the exposed paths. Keep her position in view through the foliage before making any move.

Wait out Charlotte’s patrol and her taunting dialogue while you stay hidden behind branches and gravestones. She will call out and search as she passes. Only move once she has walked away and her back is turned.

Work your way across the graveyard, past the crypts and broken stone walls, toward the stairs on the upper side. Watch the ground as you go and route around any shattered glass, since stepping on it will alert enemies and end the stealth run.

Climb the stone staircase toward the lit caretaker’s house at the top of the graveyard. This end of the area is quieter, giving you room to reach the building and check the map before heading inside.

Enter the house and collect the Graveyard Gate Inset, the glowing cube-like piece described as “An inset to complete a sculpture.” In some runs the inset sits in a locked shed outside, which requires grabbing the Shed Key from the nightstand by the bed first, then using it on the shed door. Either way, the inset is the only item you need from this building.

Returning to the gate without being seen

Leave the house carrying the inset and retrace your path down through the graveyard. Charlotte is still active, so crouch and hug the bushes and low stone walls as you descend. Track her position before crossing any open ground.

Keep to the lower cemetery paths, moving around the crypts and hedges while keeping distance from any lantern-carrying enemies. Continue to avoid the broken glass on the way back, as the same alert rule applies for the full return trip.
Climb the courtyard steps back to the locked iron gate near the chapel entrance. Interact with the gate lock, open your inventory, select the Graveyard Gate Inset, and place it into the sculpture to complete it.

How to confirm the trophy unlocked

Placing the inset into the gate triggers a cutscene as the exit opens. If you reached this point without being spotted and without throwing anything, the A Quiet Place trophy pops right as the scene plays, and you will see the “Trophy earned!” notification. If the trophy does not appear, reload your manual save from before the graveyard and run the section again, since there is no way to replay it once the story moves on.
