Four merchants trade in Norgan, the snowbound north of Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen. Hal is the smith at Hal’s Workshop in the Norgandian Settlement, Ilda is at Ilda’s Sundries, Morgus is a commission soldier at Morgus’s Supplies, and Aymond is the fourth merchant. Each keeps a limited stock that refills over in-game days, so knowing the caps and refill rates tells you how much you can buy in one sitting and when to come back.
Quick answer: The amounts listed are standard prices. Like-level affinity earns a 5 percent discount, and adoration raises that to 10 percent off, reducing every listed cost as affinity increases.
Hal at Hal’s Workshop (18 wares)
Hal is the smith in the settlement and doubles as the north’s main curative counter. His Buy menu carries restoratives, debilitation cures, arrows and a camping kit, including the Warming Salve that cures frostbite and ice-bound at 450 G. The restock column reads as how many units return after how many days.

Overlaps and where to buy what
A few items appear on more than one list, so you can choose whichever merchant you are closest to or whichever likes you most:
- Hal and Aymond each sell a Regeneration Elixir for 10,000 G. Aymond adds one to stock every three days, and Hal does so every five days.
- Fine Harspud Roborant sells for 850 G at both Hal and Morgus; Morgus refills ten per day against Hal’s five.
- Heatstone is sold by both Ilda (one, refilling every two days) and Aymond (ten, refilling four per day).
Curative reference for the Norgan counters
Buy prices alone do not tell you what a restorative does. The table below pairs the headline curatives on these lists with what they recover or cure and the price you get back when you sell them, so you can decide what is worth stocking before you spend.
| Curative | Buy | Sell | Effect |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1,000 G | 350 G | Restores 850 Health | |
| 900 G | 315 G | Restores 900 Health | |
| 850 G | 297 G | Restores 900 Stamina | |
| 5,000 G | 1,500 G | Greatly restores Stamina | |
| 10,000 G | 3,000 G | Party loss gauge +40, some Health | |
| 500 G | 175 G | Cures Blighted | |
| 1,200 G | 400 G | Cures Blighted | |
| 200 G | 70 G | Cures Drenched |
Regeneration Elixir is the only one of these that works on the whole party, recovering a portion of everyone’s loss gauge along with some Health, which is why it carries the highest price. Winterweed Blossom and Detoxifying Decoction both clear the blighted debilitation, so the cheaper Decoction at Hal is the budget option if your affinity discount is the same at both counters.
Stock is capped and refills over in-game days. Raise your standing with each trader: liked merchants give 5 percent off, and adored merchants give 10 percent off.
