Grow a Garden: How to Get the Flutter Freesia in the Fairy Event

The Mythical plant sits in the Wishing Well's top reward tier with a 5.41% chance to appear.

The Mythical plant sits in the Wishing Well’s top reward tier with a 5.41% chance to appear.

The Flutter Freesia is a Mythical plant tied to the Fairy Event 2026 in Grow a Garden. It only shows up through the Wishing Well reward system, locked behind the highest tier of prizes, and it grows into a Multi-Harvest plant that keeps producing sellable fruit after you plant it.

Quick answer: Advance the Wishing Well to its fifth Fairy Favor stage, then pick the Flutter Freesia when it appears as one of your three Tier 5 reward choices. It has a 5.41% chance to be offered.

How to unlock the Flutter Freesia through the Wishing Well

The Flutter Freesia does not come from the Fairy Chest or any seed shop directly. The only route is the Wishing Well, which runs on the Fairy Favor quests. You feed the well specific fruit, work your way up through five stages, and the plant becomes available as a top-tier payout once you reach the final stage.

Grow crops that match the Wishing Well’s current requests. Most stages ask for fruit carrying the Glimmering mutation, which fairies apply to your plants. Fairies spawn around the map every 60 minutes, so interact with them to convert ordinary harvests into Glimmering ones.
Submit the requested fruit at the Wishing Well to complete each Fairy Favor stage. Every completed stage lets you choose one of three random rewards from that stage’s pool, and each stage also pays out Fairy Points.
Push the chain all the way to Tier 5, the fifth and final favor. The Flutter Freesia can only roll from this tier’s reward pool.
When the well grants your Tier 5 wish, check the three offered rewards. If the Flutter Freesia seed is among them, pick it. Because the chance is only 5.41% per offer, it may not appear on your first run.

A full five-stage run awards 9,550 Fairy Points, and restarting the chain costs 7,500. Hold back enough points for another cycle instead of spending everything on Fairy Godmother upgrades, since repeating the chain is how you get more chances at the Tier 5 reward.

Keep expensive, higher-stage crops like Beanstalk, Ember Lily, Sugar Apple, and Burning Bud ready in Glimmering form so you can clear the Tier 5 submission quickly when you reach it.

Flutter Freesia stats and sell value

Once you own the seed, plant it on your farm and raise it to maturity. It then produces fruit on a steady cycle. An average Flutter Freesia fruit sells for 82,100 Sheckles, which is a solid return for a Mythical plant and worth a spot on your farm if you lack a stronger earner.

Being Multi-Harvest means the plant does not vanish after you collect its fruit. It stays in your plot and keeps producing at a consistent rate, so a single Flutter Freesia pays out repeatedly over the rest of the event. You can also apply Mutations to its fruit to raise the sell value above the base figure.

Confirming you got it and the event window

You know the pickup worked when the Flutter Freesia seed lands in your inventory from the Tier 5 reward screen. Plant it, wait for it to fully bloom, and harvest the flower to begin selling fruit. You can appraise a grown bloom at the shop NPC to confirm its current worth before selling.

The Fairy Event 2026 runs from October 10 through October 17, 2026, with the listed close at 8PM UTC on the final day. Since the Flutter Freesia is exclusive to this event’s Wishing Well, finish enough favor runs to roll Tier 5 rewards before the well closes. You can reach the Wishing Well in the fairy-themed area of the game, with the Fairy Godmother nearby handling upgrades.
