Arc Raiders: How to Board Up Shuttered Windows in Hotel Panorama Azzurro

At Hotel Panorama Azzurro, within Arc Raiders’ Riven Tides map, handle the shuttered-window boarding objective for Shoring Up Defenses. The broader quest also calls for destroying five Wasps and three Fireflies, and using an ARC Alloy to reinforce the Raider structure atop a Stacking Yard crane; only the window work takes place inside the hotel.

Where the shuttered windows are

The hotel you need is Hotel Panorama Azzurro, which sits in the Hotel Complex area on the western side of Riven Tides, near the Beach Bar and the shore. Open your in-game map, set a marker on the hotel, and head toward it.

Most windows in the hotel are already broken open and cannot be used. The objective only counts a window that is covered by a wooden barricade, so look specifically for shuttered windows rather than empty frames.

Board up the window in room 106

Enter Hotel Panorama Azzurro from the ground level near the Beach Bar patio and move into the lower corridor. The reception and interior halls are dark, so a flashlight helps you read room numbers and spot enemies.

Work through the reception and interior passages toward the main front stairs. Watch for a Shredder patrolling these dark halls and keep moving rather than getting pinned down.

Ascend the stairs to Floor 01, identified by a red 01 on the landing wall, and enter the hallway.

Continue down the hall, passing rooms 113, 110, then 108. Room 106 is on your right; go inside.

Keep the interaction key held at the wooden shuttered window until the circular bar for E BOARD UP WINDOW is full.

Room 106 is a reliable spot, but any barricaded window in the hotel works. If one window will not show a prompt, move to another room on any floor and try a different shuttered window.

How to confirm the step is done

The objective completes the instant the hold finishes. A quest update banner appears at the top left with a checkmark next to “Board up shuttered windows in the hotel.” Once you see that confirmation, you can leave room 106 and head back outside.

You do not have to finish every Shoring Up Defenses task in a single run. The window step can be completed in one round and the Wasp, Firefly, and crane objectives in another.
