Blue Code Studios developed HUSH [Zombie Extraction], a Roblox co-op extraction game that takes place in the quarantined town of Stillwater. You head in with up to three friends, gather loot, and get to an exit before the raid timer expires. The infected are the central danger: sightless but sensitive to sound, they can be drawn in by gunfire, a window being smashed, or a sprint.
Quick answer: HUSH is a pure PvE extraction looter. Sneak through Stillwater, gather gear, and extract alive — die inside and you keep only what was in your secure case, losing everything else you carried.
The raid loop in Stillwater
A run starts in the lobby, where you set your loadout and pick a raid. Deploying puts you on the Stillwater map with a timer of roughly 20 minutes to find loot and get out. Movement uses the standard Roblox keys, with Shift to sprint and Ctrl or C to crouch for quiet travel. You open the town map with M to view extraction points and set a waypoint.
Searching buildings is where the game spends most of its time. You vault through windows, smash glass, open doors and pop drawers, lockers, toolboxes and crates to pull out weapons, armor, medical items and crafting materials. Up to 12 survivors can share a single raid, and the mode is PvE only, so other players are not hunting you.

The infected track noise rather than sight. An audio and visibility meter sits in the bottom-left of the HUD to show how loud you currently are. Firing a weapon without a suppressor is the fastest way to turn a quiet looting trip into a disaster, because the shots ring out like a dinner bell and pull a swarm toward you.
That pressure pushes players toward melee. A crowbar in the third hotbar slot clears single infected quietly and doubles as a tool for breaking windows. In practice, going loud works only as a last resort or an escape plan, since a sustained firefight indoors can end with a horde cornering you against the furniture.

Stillwater is populated by more than basic zombies. Runners, Brutes, Screamers, blind Listeners, pager-carrying Ringers and shielded Riot cops all appear, along with five bosses. A helicopter event can also trigger overhead mid-raid, adding noise and pressure at the worst possible moment.
Health conditions: bleeding, infection and stamina
Getting hit does more than drain a health bar. The game layers several conditions that each need a specific item to manage, and ignoring any of them ends a run.
| Condition | What happens | Cure |
|---|---|---|
| Bleeding | Red character outline and steady HP loss after zombie hits | Bandage |
| Infection | Blurred vision and a countdown after a bite; you turn and die if it finishes | Antiviral |
| Low stamina | Drained by sprinting, limiting how far you can run | Cold Cola (temporary regen boost) |
Painkillers and splints also show up in houses for treating injuries. Because bleeding ticks down fast, a bite often sends you diving into residential bathrooms and medicine cabinets to find supplies before your health hits critical.

Grid inventory and what you lose on death
Storage is grid-based, so every item takes up a shape in your bags. A Rifleman Rig offers 12 cells in a 4×3 layout, while a Hiking Backpack gives 20 cells in a 4×5 grid. Armor pieces such as Riot Leg Guards, a Scrap Vest and a Courier Rig carry their own protection stats, and you swap them to trade carrying space for defense against bites and damage.

Anything you carry into a raid is lost if you die before extracting. Only your secure case comes home, so a “Killed in Action” screen means saying goodbye to everything else in your bags.

Extraction points
Getting out is its own objective, and each exit asks for something different. You check them on the town map and set a waypoint before making the trip.
| Exit | Requirement |
|---|---|
| Highway Roadblock | Stay inside the zone until the timer finishes |
| Hospital Helipad | Light a signal flare on the pad |
| Smuggler’s Boat | Pay $2,000 cash |
The lobby, traders and hideout
Between raids, you spend downtime in the lobby or an underground hideout. Doc handles medical supplies, Gunner offers weapons, and Scrapper stocks bags and materials; you can buy from or sell to them, and accept their jobs. Your task log records Crane’s Logs, followed by Smuggler’s Deal and Cold Chain, with rewards connected to trader assignments.
The hideout is a buildable base shown in an isometric view, with upgrade stations such as a Generator, Workbench, Shooting Range and Med Station. Rounding out the menus are a collection catalog of unlocked gear and infected profiles, a badge screen split into Survival, Combat, Hideout and Story milestones, and weekly and all-time leaderboards alongside a Faction War for Doc, Gunner and Rook.
Difficulty and current state
Raids come in Normal, Hard and Nightmare tiers, letting you dial the risk up for better payouts. The game runs as an open beta, so bugs and changes are expected while the systems settle. A PvPvE mode is planned, but for now HUSH is entirely PvE, meaning the infected and the clock are the only things standing between you and a clean extraction.
