In Enshrouded, Shroud Relic is an Uncommon crafting material obtained from high-level Fell found within the Shroud at Veilwater Basin. Defeat them and each one adds the material to your pickup list, letting a single outing produce a useful stack.

Quick answer: Enter the Shroud in the Veilwater Basin and kill the Fell. Squires, Defenders and Lancers each drop 1 Shroud Relic; Sporeheads and Sporeseekers drop 2.

Where Shroud Relic drops

These are the high-level versions of these enemies. Shroud Relic’s item text reads: “Contains a higher concentration of Shroud compared to Shroud Particles.” Every kill of these enemies at that level drops the material, so there is no luck involved.

How much you get depends on the type of Fell you fight.

Fell Defender1
Fell Lancer1
Fell Sporehead2
Fell Sporeseeker2

Shroud Relic stacks up to 250, so you can carry a large reserve before crafting.

How to farm Shroud Relic in the Veilwater Basin

Enter the Shroud at Veilwater Basin. Monitor your Shroud timer while you are in there, as it determines how long you can remain.
Fight the Fell you find in there. Take on the Squires, Defenders, Lancers, Sporeheads and Sporeseekers to trigger drops.

Take down more Fell within the Shroud to increase your supply. You’ll collect several in one outing; make additional runs until you have enough for the recipes below.

You can also collect Cursed Shroud Sacks from the same Veilwater Shroud while you farm.
