Eat Everything In A Grocery Store Roblox Guide (Calories and Upgrades)

How Munch Mart turns calories into cash, what each upgrade costs, and where Robux, power-ups and lobby rewards fit in.

Eat Everything In A Grocery Store is an incremental Roblox simulator tied to the Play On Grocery Store group, released in October 2026. Its premise plays out like a game-show challenge: Mr. Munch, who describes himself as “the richest grocer in the world,” shuts you inside his supermarket with 4,300,000 calories of food. You can leave only after clearing every shelf. The underlying economy is straightforward: eat food, burn it on treadmills for cash, then spend that money to improve your appetite and speed.

Quick answer: Eat until the Stomach meter is full, burn it on a “BURN FOR CASH” treadmill for cash, and spend that cash on upgrades. Clearing all 4,300,000 calories wins $1,000,000 in in-game cash.

The Munch Mart challenge: 4,300,000 calories behind locked doors

In the lobby, open the “Create A Game” menu to set up a match. Choose Munch Mart, Munch Mini or Munch Mall, then select SOLO or SQUAD for the Party Size. Press START; after a 10-second countdown on the launch pad, the game takes you into the store. A server can host up to 12 players.

Every run opens with a cutscene. Mr. Munch tours the snack, frozen food and produce aisles and shows off the in-store gym. He introduces you by your Roblox username as the contestant, starting with $25K, and sets the target of 4,300,000 calories. The game helpfully translates that into 74,138 apples. He mentions that his treadmills pay cash and drops a hint that “a golden banana hides somewhere.” Then a “DOORS LOCKED!” banner closes the intro. The grand prize is $1,000,000 in in-game cash, and a squad splits it between teammates.

Progress is tracked in a few layers:

  • A store-wide calorie counter that has to reach zero.
  • 14 aisles, each with its own cleared banner (Fresh Produce shows as 1 of 14).
  • In-game days (Day 1, Day 2 and onward) with goals on the store’s Shopping List.
  • A Food Index of 175 foods to collect, including the hidden golden banana.
  • Rankings show the highest calorie totals eaten and the quickest store clears.

The concept borrows from a real-life $1,000,000 grocery store challenge that took 113 days to finish. The Roblox version is much faster, and much less about spoilage.

How calories become cash: the Stomach meter and the treadmill

Each food item carries a floating “EAT” prompt. Clicking takes a bite, and items shrink bite by bite instead of disappearing all at once. Every bite counts toward two numbers at the same time. One is the store total you are working down. The other is your personal Stomach meter, which starts at “STOMACH: 0 / 9K.”

When the meter fills, eating stops and the game shows “Stomach full! Burn it on a treadmill.” Blue arrows appear on the floor and lead to the gym, where floating tags read “STEP ON TO BURN” and “BURN IT OFF!” Standing on a treadmill drains the stomach and pays out as it goes, with green cash numbers rising over your avatar. Food has no cash value until it is burned off, which makes calories the real currency.

The base rate is 40 cents per calorie, and Cash Bonus levels push it higher. A few real payouts show how it scales:

Calories burnedCash paidRate per calorie
1,461$585About $0.40
9,000 (base stomach)$3,600$0.40
11,500 (Stomach Level 1)$4,600$0.40
14,500 (Stomach Level 2, with Cash Bonus)7,250$0.50
149,334 (Mega Watermelon)Over 100,000Varies with upgrades

The pattern is straightforward. A bigger stomach means more cash per trip to the gym, and a higher Cash Bonus means more cash per calorie. Both upgrades feed the same loop.

Food calorie values in Munch Mart

How fast you fill up depends almost entirely on what you eat. Produce is light, while candy and condiments are dense. Because items lose calories with every bite, a partly eaten item shows a lower number than a fresh one. The values below are the highest seen for each item.

One bottle of olive oil holds as many calories as about 42 apples, which is why a 9K stomach fills in a handful of condiment bites but takes ages on fruit. The store also stocks cookie aisles (wafer cookies, chocolate sandwich cookies, mint thins) and a Fresh Produce section with watermelons, mushrooms, berries, spinach, peppers, tomatoes, avocados, pears, plums and limes. Hot sauce sits with the condiments, and the game’s listing also mentions Choco Puffs, Bloxy Cola and stockroom pallets.

Upgrades and tools bought with treadmill cash

Open the Upgrades menu with Tab to spend your cash. Robux is another way to purchase most entries. In squad play, cash is held in a shared pool, so money a teammate earns on a treadmill can also pay for your upgrades.

Hold to Eat is a single, one-time purchase. Once bought, the menu shows it as “Level 1/1 MAX,” and you no longer have to click for every bite.

Stomach climbs from 9K to 11.5K at Level 1 and to 14.5K at Level 2, and the price rises with each level (the second level costs $1,800). Multi Eat goes as high as x12 at its top level. Speed controls movement, Reach sets how far away you can grab food, and Cash Bonus raises the payout per calorie. A separate Calories stat also appears in the gym’s upgrade list. Of the tools, the Food Magnet pulls food toward you so you can work through neighboring items without repositioning, and it pairs naturally with Hold to Eat on crowded shelves.

Robux Powers, Mr. Munch’s Events and Pantry power-ups

Beyond cash upgrades, three shops provide shortcuts. Golden Treadmill, Vacuum Trial, and Bottomless Stomach are in the Robux-only Powers menu. Bottomless Stomach removes the capacity cap, allowing you to eat through entire produce sections without visiting the gym.

Mr. Munch’s Events

The Events stand offers single-use effects that affect the entire store:

EventPrice
Super Feeding Frenzy49 Robux
Super Shopping Spree79 Robux
Super Food Tornado199 Robux

The Super Food Tornado sweeps through the candy and snack aisles and eats thousands of items in one pass. Some events also trigger for free. Mr. Munch can start a Mega Bites surprise that triples how much each bite takes for 30 seconds.

Pantry power-ups in the lobby

The Pantry shop in the lobby sells consumable power-ups at much higher cash prices, aimed at players who have already built up savings across runs. Some are timed, such as Lunch Buddy (45 seconds) and Snack Magnet (15 seconds), while Soda Rocket fires instantly.

Lobby cash multipliers, Daily Rewards and titles

The lobby hub holds the Pantry, the Object Shop, the Food Index, the Leaderboard and Hall of Fame, the Robux Store and the game creation pads. Banners there also advertise a +1M cash gift for joining the group, a +50% cash bonus for Quick Play, and a like goal of 5,000 tied to the code MUNCHMILLION.

Daily Rewards streak

The seven-day Daily Rewards board pays out escalating cash. Claiming Day 1 starts the streak and grants the “Snacker!” title, which then appears over your avatar. The next gift unlocks roughly 24 hours later, and the board shows a timer counting down to it. Roblox Plus members receive double rewards.

Titles

Titles are cosmetic labels that unlock as your cash balance grows. Noob and Snacker come early, and the rest track how much money you are holding.

  • Nibbler: have $50K
  • Muncher: have $100K
  • Big Appetite: have $250K
  • Food Lover: have $500K
  • Millionaire Muncher: have $1M

These features all drive the same cycle: upgrades let you eat and burn more each round, while multipliers increase your treadmill earnings. Mr. Munch keeps the exits shut until the store’s remaining-food count hits zero.
