Lord Vorgoth’s Throne Room in Enshrouded: Search The Lord’s Trophy Collection

The objective completes when you pick up Drak Relief IV, not when you inspect the trophies mounted on the castle walls.

Lord Vorgoth’s Throne Room is a one-step quest in Enshrouded’s Veilwater Basin. It sends you to Cromville’s castle with a vague order to “Search The Lord’s Trophy Collection.” Players get stuck because the wall-mounted trophies around the castle do nothing when you interact with them. The real target is a carved stone relief in Vorgoth’s private quarters.

Quick answer: Go to Cromville Throne Room and pick up Drak Relief IV from the wall behind the small indoor pool in Vorgoth’s quarters. The quest completes the moment you collect it.

What completes Search The Lord’s Trophy Collection

The “trophy collection” in the quest name is the carved Drak relief, not the mounted heads and trophies you pass in the halls. Those wall pieces don’t hide switches or secret doors, and the rooms behind them hold nothing that counts toward the quest. Collecting the relief is the only action that closes the objective.

Drak Relief IV also belongs to the separate hunt for seven Drak Reliefs. Picking it up unlocks crafting recipes for Drak trophies, so one pickup moves both tasks forward.

  • Region: Veilwater Basin
  • Location: Cromville Throne Room, in the northern part of Cromville
  • Completion trigger: collecting Drak Relief IV

How to reach Cromville Throne Room

Cromville Throne Room sits in the north of Cromville, above Cromville Hot Spring and Starfish Shores. The castle ruins are inside the Shroud, so keep an eye on your Shroud timer on the way up.

Glide into Cromville and follow the path into the shrouded castle ruins. Jump and glide across the broken towers and battlements to reach the fortress itself.
Work through the interior rooms and corridors, clearing the Shroud enemies in your way. The upper courtyard also has flying enemies, so ranged attacks help there.

Go through the archway and climb the internal stone stairs. They lead to a high wooden platform that overlooks the approach to the throne room.

Run up the red-carpeted staircases into the main palace hall. A “LOCATION REACHED” alert confirms you’re in Cromville Throne Room.
Walk up to the stone throne and collect the Broken Guard Of The North Crown from the seat. The crown isn’t required for the quest, but it’s right in your path and you’ll want it later.

Where to find Drak Relief IV in Vorgoth’s quarters

The relief is in the rooms next to the throne room, up in the upper galleries and living quarters. You’re looking for Vorgoth’s private chambers, which contain a small indoor pool.

Check the cabinet in the bedroom for Vorgoth’s lore note “Begrudgingly, I Joined My Family’s Reunion.” It files under Nobles and History and is optional, but it marks the right part of the castle.
Find the small water pool in the quarters. The carved stone relief is on the wall behind it.
Interact with the carving to collect Drak Relief IV. This completes Lord Vorgoth’s Throne Room.

How to confirm the quest is complete

Two things appear when the relief comes off the wall. You get a Drak Relief IV pickup notice, and a “QUEST COMPLETED!” banner for Lord Vorgoth’s Throne Room. The quest then drops off your tracker and pays out 200 XP plus the Large Stone Arc and Stone Column building pieces.

If you think you already took the relief on an earlier visit but the quest is still open, check the Drak Relief mosaic. An empty fourth slot means you never collected it, so go back to the pool and pick it up.

Guard Of The North Sword and the locked lower doors

Two more things in the throne room complex are worth grabbing while you’re there, though neither counts toward the quest. The Guard Of The North Sword is in an armory cell reached through the side rooms and corridors off the throne hall.

Collecting the sword shows a “Special item acquired” banner. Picking it up also teaches you its Blacksmith recipe.

At ground level in the throne room, the reinforced double doors begin locked. Use the wall switch upstairs to open them; a “DOOR OPENED” message confirms the result. Beyond the doors, descend the staircase into a Shroud Lair containing a Shroud Root. Chop down the root with an axe to dispel the local Shroud and gain a skill point.

Lord Vorgoth’s Throne Room rewards and item stats

The quest itself pays out a fixed reward. Both building pieces are Common furniture crafted at the Decoration Workbench, and each stacks to 50.

Broken Guard Of The North Crown

The crown from the throne is a Rare placeable found in Cromville Throne Room. It’s also tied to the quest Crown Of Sorrow. Beyond decoration, the crown is a Flame upgrade item, so keep it rather than leaving it on the throne.

The Legendary version scales with item level, so the blade you pick up at Cromville stays usable as you level. Crafting it at the Blacksmith requires a Flame level of 8 or higher (9 or higher for one of its two recipes) and a workstation under a roof. Two Rare variants also exist, at level 36 with 96 damage and at level 46 with 118 damage.

The sword was Vorgoth’s own weapon, set aside before the war in favor of a darker blade. That makes it a good companion piece to the crown. Pick up both on the same trip, and the castle covers the quest, a Flame upgrade item, and a Legendary greatsword in one run.
