Dragon Raja: ReRise has no reset button. The game does not let you skip the tutorial, and clearing app data or the cache from your phone’s settings does not wipe your account. A reroll here means starting a fresh account each time, playing a short stretch of the main story, spending everything you earned, and keeping the account only if the pulls are good.
Quick answer: Make a new email-bound account, clear the tutorial and Chapters 1 and 2, stop at Normal 3-1, claim every free voucher and diamond, then pull. Keep the account if you land Enxi.

Why guest accounts don’t work for Dragon Raja: ReRise rerolls
Guest login looks like the obvious shortcut, but deleting a guest account comes with a 15-day waiting period. You can’t throw it away and start over the same afternoon. That makes guest accounts useless for repeated attempts.
The practical fix is one email address per attempt. You bind each fresh account to a different email, so a failed run can be left alone while you start the next one. Since there is no standalone PC client, some players run several Android emulator instances side by side to roll more than one account at once.
The game is on the App Store and Google Play.

How to reroll in Dragon Raja: ReRise
Each run takes about 10 to 15 minutes and ends with roughly 23 to 24 recruitment pulls.

Free pull sources before Chapter 3
| Source | Where | Reward |
|---|---|---|
| Chapter 2 clear | Main story | 10 Recruitment Vouchers |
| Cassell College Scholarship | Mailbox | 200 Diamonds |
| Account Binding Reward | Mailbox | 50 Diamonds |
| Departure Gift, Day 1 | Login event | 200 Diamonds |
| Check-in to Unlock All Allies, Day 1 | Login event | 200 Diamonds |
| Main Story Battle Pass (Basic), Chapter 2 | Battle Pass | 1 Recruitment Voucher |
| Daily Offer Pack, Free Pack | Top-up shop | 10 Diamonds, 10,000 Gold |
| Four gift codes | Exchange Center | 8 Recruitment Vouchers |
| Online rewards | Idle timer | Up to 5 more summons |
The online rewards line is optional. It only fills up if you leave the game running, so it adds time to each run.
Redeeming the gift codes
Tap your profile avatar, open the User Center / Settings sidebar, select Gift Code, and enter each code in the Exchange Center. Each one gives 2 Recruitment Vouchers.

Recruit banner rates and pity
| Rarity | Rate |
|---|---|
| SSR Ally | 3% |
| SR Ally | 24% |
| R Ally | 73% |
An SR or better is guaranteed within 9 recruitments, and there is an SSR milestone at 90 recruits. A single reroll gets nowhere near 90, so every run is pure luck on that 3%.
The 3% is not split evenly. Caesar, Luminous, and Johann Chu each sit at 0.047%. Every other featured SSR is at 0.19%: NoNo, Enxi, Mai Sakatoku, Finger, Norma, Ming Z.Lu, Anjou, Shavee, Osho, Parsi, Zero, Koshi Uesugi, Chisei Gen, Chime Gen, and NightWatcher.

Best reroll targets in Dragon Raja: ReRise
Your DPS is mostly handled for you. Day 7 of the Departure Gift login event hands out Uesugi Erii for free, and Erii is the strongest attacker in the game. Spending reroll attempts chasing a damage dealer makes little sense when one arrives after a week of logging in.
| Priority | Character | Role | Rate |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Enxi | Supporter (healer) | 0.19% |
| 2 | Finger | Defender | 0.19% |
| 2 | Koshi Uesugi | Defender | 0.19% |
| 2 | Parsi | Defender | 0.19% |
| 3 | Norma | Supporter (healer) | 0.19% |
| Bonus | Caesar, Luminous, Johann Chu | Attacker | 0.047% |
Enxi is the account to keep. Turn-based fights hinge on a healer who can also remove debuffs, and she does both while cleansing the whole team and restoring EX points. The supports you pick up for free, like NoNo, Ming Z.Lu, and Shavee, don’t have full healing kits.
Finger, Koshi Uesugi, and Parsi are the tanks worth stopping for. Between them they bring shields, damage reflection, and regeneration, which keeps early teams alive. Finger gains a taunt at 5 stars, and Parsi gains a once-per-fight death immunity.
Norma is a workable backup healer if Enxi won’t show. She keeps teams going but heals less and doesn’t restore EX.
Caesar, Luminous, and Johann Chu are strong attackers, but at roughly a quarter of the normal SSR rate they make poor targets. Treat one as a nice extra next to Erii, not a reason to keep rolling.

When to stop rerolling
A run counts as finished when your voucher count reaches zero, the summon counter milestones are claimed, and your new allies appear in your roster. If Enxi or one of the top tanks is there, you can stop, since Erii will cover damage by Day 7. If not, the email-bound account just sits unused and you start again with a new address.
Rerolling isn’t required. Story chapters keep paying 5 vouchers each, and check-in bonuses and limited-time events add more pulls over time. The tutorial SSR and the free Erii already give an unrerolled account a usable start. Rerolling only gets you to your preferred lineup sooner.
