Enshrouded 1.0 hides its cosmetic outfits all over Embervale. The journal lists them under Clothes, with one group for each region. Most of the pieces are vanity items. Owning every piece of a set completes it and gives you a one-time XP reward.
Quick answer: There are 27 sets with 110 pieces placed at fixed locations. Silver and gold chests hold the majority. You can find the others on skeletons or obtain them by defeating a particular enemy.
All clothing sets at a glance

Some pieces have no fixed spot in the world, so they are not in the region tables: the Exclusive Hollow Helmet, the Farmer Hat, the Fae Deer Farmer Gloves, the Efflorescent Hope Flower Crown and the Efflorescent Hope Boots. The Fae Deer Farmer Gloves come from the glowing root nest at Fae Deer Grove (see our Fae Deer Farmer Set guide).
How the pieces are hidden
Each location in the tables below tells you what kind of container or carrier holds the piece. Here is what each label means for you:
- Silver or gold chest: open it and take the piece.
- Locked: you need a lockpick to open the chest.
- In the Shroud: Since the chest is located within the Shroud, watch your Shroud timer.
- On a skeleton: the piece lies on a skeleton at that spot.
- Carried by an enemy: a Scavenger Cannoneer, Scavenger Strayshooter or Shroud Stalker holds it. Defeat that enemy to get the piece.
Six sets keep every piece in one place, so one stop finishes the whole set:
- Noble Dress Set: one wooden sarcophagus in the Shroud east of Woodgard
- Flame Pact Set: one gold sarcophagus in the Shroud north of Temple Ruin
- Royal Set: one gold chest north-east of The Pike
- Gravedigger Set: skeletons north of Shanty Shacks
- Milkmaid Set: north of Mayfair Lot
- Blacksmith Set: one gold sarcophagus north-east of Ouroboros Temple
Directions and distances in the tables follow the in-game map, with north at the top, and are measured from the named place.
