Cut a Rock
Cut a Rock Events Schedule: New Weather Event Countdown and What’s Next
Cut a Rock has a new weather event on the way. Duality Works has scheduled the mining game’s next in-game event to open on November 6, 2026, giving players a limited window to drop in and collect stones before it wraps a few days later. It is the only event on the calendar for the experience right now.
The timing comes while Cut a Rock holds steady on Roblox. The experience is drawing about 18,000 players at once as of November 6, and it has pulled in about 6,800,000 visits and about 23,000 favorites since it launched. We update this page whenever Duality Works adds or reschedules an event.

Current and upcoming events
Here is what Duality Works has lined up, with the exact start and end times shown in the schedule above.
New weather event
Duality Works is pitching the new weather event as a chance to log in and collect stones, and it runs as a new-content update rather than a permanent feature. The window opens on November 6, 2026 at 1:00 PM ET and closes on November 9, 2026 at 2:00 PM ET — a little under three full days to take part. For other regions, the 1:00 PM ET start lands at 10:00 AM PT, 6:00 PM GMT, and 7:00 PM in central Europe.
Interest was already building ahead of the start, with about 3,500 players marking themselves as going — a solid turnout for a game this size, though still a fraction of its overall player base. The developer’s own framing points to collecting stones as the main draw while the event is open.
