Lucy Team Comps in Wuthering Waves: Best Partners for the Spectro DPS

Who to pair with the Cyberpunk: Edgerunners netrunner, from the premium Rebecca duo to a cheap Mortefi setup.

Who to pair with the Cyberpunk: Edgerunners netrunner, from the premium Rebecca duo to a cheap Mortefi setup.

Lucy landed in Solaris-3 on June 8, 2026 as part of the Wuthering Waves x Cyberpunk: Edgerunners collaboration. She is a 5-star Spectro main DPS who fights with Pistols and a monowire, and her damage comes from enhanced Heavy Attacks plus Hack effects after she enters Algorithm Compaction. Because she stays on-field for her main damage window and leans on Hack states, her teammates have a big impact on how smoothly she plays.

Quick answer: Run Lucy with Rebecca as sub-DPS and Mornye as the healer. If you do not have the collab pair, replace the second slot with Iuno for Heavy Attack amplification and use Shorekeeper or Verina to heal.

What Lucy needs from a team

Lucy builds TCP in her base state, then casts Resonance Skill – Deadlock to enter Algorithm Compaction. In that state her Basic and Heavy Attacks upgrade into Thread Shredding and the Single → Dual → Multi-threading chain, and Heavy Attack – Multi-threading inflicts Hack – Shifting while spending SQL for a large damage multiplier increase. Her Resonance Liberation then opens the Protocol Interface, where she spends RAM on Spoofing Program effects before triggering Override.

That kit points to three things you want from her partners. A teammate who interacts with the Hack system, a teammate who amplifies Heavy Attack damage, and a support who keeps her alive during her long on-field window. Rebecca covers the first role naturally, while characters like Iuno and Mortefi cover the second.

GeneralLucy + Lynae + Shorekeeper / VerinaFlexible all-round support
BudgetLucy + Mortefi + Verina / ShorekeeperCheap, beginner-friendly

Lucy + Rebecca + Mornye (premium)

This is the strongest setup because every slot lines up with Lucy’s damage pattern. Rebecca is the best sub-DPS partner since she shares the Hack system, applying Hack – Shifting and interacting with Hack – Interfered to keep enemies in the right state for Lucy’s Heavy Attack and Hack bursts. She also brings her own damage through Huntress and Guts states, Fervor, Hot Hand, and her HMG Liberation finisher.

Mornye fills the sustain slot with healing, protection, and Off-Tune support. Her Outro grants a 25% team damage increase, and her Syntony Field makes Lucy’s longer rotations more comfortable. At S1 the team gets smoother because Mornye’s Interfered Marker is easier to apply, which keeps the Hack loop consistent.

Lucy and Rebecca also share direct kit synergy. Lucy’s Intro Skill enhances Rebecca’s Involuntary Sharing and triggers her turret’s Overload, while Lucy’s Function Cracking inherent skill grants both of them Network Backdoor when teammates defeat marked Overlord Class or Calamity Class enemies. Since Rebecca is given out for free during the collab, most players who pull Lucy will have this duo ready.

Lucy + Iuno + Shorekeeper (Heavy Attack)

If you skipped the collab pair, this is the cleanest standard team. Iuno works because Lucy’s enhanced windows are Heavy Attack focused, and Iuno’s Outro grants the incoming Resonator Heavy Attack DMG Amplification. The rotation is straightforward. Build Iuno’s Concerto, swap to Lucy, then play her main damage window under the Heavy Attack buff.

Shorekeeper is the premium healer choice here, adding team damage amplification, crit support, and recovery tools. Verina is the lighter-cost alternative if you want a simpler universal healer. This team loses the direct Hack synergy that Rebecca provides, but it keeps Lucy’s damage plan easy to execute.

Lucy + Lynae + Shorekeeper (general)

Lynae is the pick when you want broad support rather than a pure Heavy Attack buffer. Her Outro grants All DMG Amplification to the incoming Resonator, with extra Resonance Liberation DMG attached. Lucy gains less from the Liberation portion than some other carries, but the All DMG buff still helps her overall output.

This is a comfortable, stable option for accounts that already have Lynae built and do not have the Cyberpunk duo. Use Shorekeeper for the stronger support core or Verina for a simple, dependable healer.

Lucy + Mortefi + Verina (budget)

Mortefi is the best budget partner for Lucy because his Outro directly grants Heavy Attack DMG Amplification to the incoming Resonator. Since Lucy’s enhanced attacks carry strong Heavy Attack value, Mortefi delivers a relevant buff without needing a limited 5-star support. The rotation stays beginner-friendly. Prepare Mortefi’s Concerto, swap into Lucy with his Outro, then play through her enhanced window.

Verina keeps the team cheap and practical, while Shorekeeper raises the ceiling and improves survivability if you have her. This setup lacks Rebecca’s Hack synergy and Mornye’s Tune support, but it is easy to build and strong enough for new Rovers who pulled Lucy first.

The healer slot is flexible across every version of these teams, so Verina and Shorekeeper can be swapped depending on what you own. Whichever sub-DPS you choose, Lucy performs best when she has room to set up TCP, stay active through Algorithm Compaction, and cash out Heavy Attack – Multi-threading with SQL. Pick the comp that matches your roster and practice the swap timing, and she will hold up across the game’s harder content.
