Kick Door to Escape is a Roblox training simulator built around kicking through increasingly resistant doors. Each door demands more Power than the last, and the early game involves a fair amount of grinding to build the strength needed to keep moving. Codes provide food consumables that temporarily double your Power or Cash, cutting through the grind and helping you earn Keys faster — Keys being the currency that opens new Worlds and Prison Items.

What Energy Drinks and Energy Bars do
Energy Drinks double your Power for 15 minutes, putting more force behind each kick and letting you break through tougher doors faster. Energy Bars double your Cash for 15 minutes, which matters most when buying new gear or hatching expensive eggs after a run. Both items cost Robux when purchased from the in-game shop, so codes are the most efficient way to obtain them.
Timing makes a real difference. Pop an Energy Drink at the start of a door-kicking run so the Power boost carries through the entire session. Save Energy Bars for the moment before spending Cash on upgrades or items to maximize what each purchase gets you.
