Each evolution wipes your Powers, Investors, and almost everything else that resets on Rebirth, and in return hands you a permanent 42x Global Speed multiplier that compounds with every prior evolution. It is the main engine for late-game income once ordinary resets stop producing meaningful jumps.
Quick answer: Accumulate a total of 501.2 Quadrillion Investors, then open the purple Void Portal menu and press Evolve. Your fruit changes to the next stage and you gain a 42x speed boost that multiplies with previous evolutions.
How to unlock the Void Evolution portal
The portal unlocks the moment your total Investor count reaches 501.2 Quadrillion. That total counts every Investor you currently own, those already spent on Powers, and the ones you would gain on your next Rebirth. Investors only come from rebirthing, which becomes available after Joe the Alien lands on your base with his spaceship.
If you cross the threshold but the menu stays locked, restart the game. Persistent issues can be reported on the developer’s Discord.
What an evolution resets and what you gain
Evolving clears your Investors, your Powers, and most of your tycoon progress, the same things a Rebirth wipes. The trade is a 42x Global Speed multiplier applied to your entire operation, from pressing and selling to manager actions. Because the boost is multiplicative, two evolutions give 1,764x (42 × 42), not 84x.
If you would rather skip the Investor grind for a single evolution, you can pay 160 Robux to evolve for free of the usual requirement. That route speeds up progression for players who want to stack multipliers quickly.
Note: this multiplier stacks on top of Rebirth bonuses rather than replacing them. A run with both an evolution boost and Rebirth multipliers earns far faster than either layer could on its own.

There are 10 fruits in total. Every player begins as a Lemon and can evolve through nine higher stages, ending at Purity. How to confirm an evolution worked
You know the evolution went through when your primary fruit changes in the tycoon. The first evolution turns your lemon stand into an orange operation, which sells for more, and later milestones swap in higher-value fruits. The evolution number in the Void menu ticks up, and your Investors and Powers reset to zero.
Tip: Evolve when the offered multiplier is a large jump rather than the instant you hit the requirement, the same discipline that applies to ascending. Permanent buffs such as Lab bonuses and your Investor percentage typically survive these resets, so prioritising those carry-over upgrades makes every fresh run start stronger.
