How to redeem codes in Honkai: Star Rail

Complete the early story mission A Moment of Peace first — it unlocks the in-game mailbox where rewards are delivered. Two redemption methods are available. iOS players can only use the website method, as the in-game redemption screen does not appear on iOS.

Method 1: Official website

Go to the official Honkai: Star Rail redemption page and sign in with your HoYoverse account.

Select your server region — America, Europe, Asia, or TW/HK/MO. Your character name populates automatically once the region is confirmed.

Enter the code in the text field and click Redeem. Launch the game and open your mailbox to claim the items.

Method 2: In-game redemption

Open the pause menu. On PC, press Escape; on mobile, tap the phone icon near the mini-map to bring up the main menu.

Click or tap the three-dot icon (…) next to your Trailblazer profile name at the top of the screen.

Select Redemption Code, type or paste the code, and confirm. Open your in-game mailbox to collect the rewards.

How to find new codes

Each version update arrives with an official preview livestream, and those streams reliably drop codes worth a combined 300 Stellar Jade. Livestream codes are extremely time-sensitive — they typically expire within 12 to 24 hours of being released — so claim them the moment they appear. For ongoing updates, the HoYoLAB community page, Honkai: Star Rail’s official social media accounts, and the game’s official Discord server are the fastest places to catch newly published codes.
