Every cosmetic, its damage and HP bonus, plus how to farm Cosmetic Crates and equip the one that fits your build.

Cosmetics in Sailor Piece are not just costume pieces. Each one adds a flat boost to your Damage and HP, so the cosmetic you wear is part of your combat build alongside accessories and auras. There are 11 cosmetics in total, split across five rarity tiers, and all of them come from a single source.

Quick answer: Every cosmetic drops only from Cosmetic Crates. Open a crate, then go to your inventory, scroll to the Cosmetic tab, and click a cosmetic to equip it. You can wear one cosmetic at a time, so use the highest-rarity one you own.

All Sailor Piece cosmetics and their stat bonuses

Cosmetic bonuses are fixed and cannot be enchanted, blessed, or upgraded in any way. The buff scales with rarity, so the Legendary cosmetics all share the same top values. The table below lists every cosmetic, its Damage and HP boost, and its rarity.

Wandering HatWandering Hat+15% Damage, +20% HPLegendary
Heavenly HaloHeavenly Halo+15% Damage, +20% HPLegendary

Because the five Legendary cosmetics all grant +15% Damage and +20% HP, any one of them is the best you can equip. Pick whichever you pull first, since they perform identically and only differ in appearance.

How to get Cosmetic Crates in Sailor Piece

Cosmetics only appear inside Cosmetic Crates. There are two ways to get those crates. You can buy them from the Tower Shop for 1,200 Tower Tokens, or you can earn them as a rare drop from any NPC, mini-boss, or world boss in the game.

The drop is extremely rare. A Cosmetic Crate has roughly a 0.0028% to 0.002% chance to drop, with the exact rate tied to the difficulty and health of the enemy you defeat. Tougher enemies tend to give the better end of that range.

Once a crate opens, the rarity you receive follows its own roll. The split below shows how often each tier appears when you open a crate.

Best ways to farm Cosmetic Crates

Since the crate itself is the bottleneck, fast, repeatable kills matter more than fighting any single strong enemy. A few methods stand out for racking up kills quickly.

  • Farm the Saber Boss on Boss Island. It is one of the easiest world bosses, so you can collect Boss Keys and auto-grind it repeatedly using the Boss Summoner instead of waiting for respawns.
  • Grind Shinjuku Island with the Quake Fruit. Standing between the two NPC clusters and using the Quake C-move can hit up to 10 enemies at once, doubling kills compared with single clusters elsewhere.
  • Farm Arena Fighter NPCs on Lawless Island for steady, low-risk kills, and enable the AFK skill option so the grind runs while you are away.

Tip: Stack your luck before you start. Runes, titles, and clans that raise the luck stat all improve drop rates, and 2x or 3x luck weekends are the best windows to grind. Some Sailor Piece codes also hand out crates directly, which is the quickest way to skip the grind entirely.

How to equip cosmetics in Sailor Piece

Open a Cosmetic Crate from your inventory. The cosmetic you roll is added to your inventory automatically.
Open the inventory menu and scroll the category tabs to the right. The Cosmetic tab sits next to the Aura section.
Select the cosmetic you want and click equip to apply its Damage and HP bonus. If you also want the look on your character, toggle the visual option.
Equip Cosmetics in Sailor Piece

You know it worked when the cosmetic shows as equipped in the Cosmetic tab and your character stats reflect the boost. Cosmetics are not permanent. You can swap them anytime, keep duplicates of the same one, and a cosmetic stays in your inventory even after you unequip it.

Cosmetics vs. accessories

Cosmetics and accessories are separate systems, and you can equip both at the same time to stack their bonuses. The key limit is that only one cosmetic can be active at once, while accessories follow their own rules. Cosmetic stats are also locked, so unlike accessories there is no enchanting or upgrading path for them.

For most players the goal is simple. Grind crates until a Legendary cosmetic drops, equip it for the +15% Damage and +20% HP, and pair it with your strongest accessory and aura. Until then, wear the highest-rarity cosmetic you have pulled so far.
