Clans in VV Ultimatum hand your character permanent passive bonuses the moment you create them, and the gap between a top roll and a filler one is large enough to shape your whole build. The game ships with more than 25 clans split across Hollow (Arrancar), Quincy (Reishi Archers) and Shinigami (Soul Reapers), so knowing which ones to keep saves you a lot of wasted rerolls.
Quick answer: Cifer (Hollow), Kurosaki (Quincy) and Shihoin (Shinigami) are the strongest legendary rolls for each race. If you land any of them, keep it and stop rerolling.
Update 1 is expected to arrive over the weekend of June 20–21. New clans tied to that patch are not yet ranked, so the tiers below reflect the current clan pool.

Best Hollow (Arrancar) clans in VV Ultimatum
Hollow clans lean toward Resurrección uptime, Kido, Hakuda and mobility. Cifer is the standout because its longer Resurrección stacks with extra Kido, Reiatsu and Shunpo Stamina, making it useful on nearly every Arrancar build. Jaegerjaquez is the best dedicated Hakuda clan in the entire game.
| Clan | Tier | Passives |
|---|---|---|
| Cifer (Legendary) | S | +20% longer Ressureccion, +2.0% Kido Damage, +5.0 Reiatsu, +2.5 Shunpo Stamina |
| Aaroniero (Legendary) | A | +2.2% Kido Damage, +5.0 Reiatsu, +1.5% Kido Defense, -1.5% Melee Defense |
| Jaegerjaquez (Rare) | A | +3.0% Hakuda Damage, +3.0 Shunpo Stamina |
| Murciellago (Common) | A | +5.0 Shunpo Stamina, +10.0 Shunpo Speed |
| Antenor (Rare) | B | +1.5% Lightning Damage, +7.5% Posture Regen |
| Kufang (Rare) | B | +2.5% Weapon Damage, +0.5% Kido Defense |
| Gingerbuck (Uncommon) | B | +2.0% Melee Defense, +5.0 Posture |
| Lousienbairn (Uncommon) | C | +5.0 Health, +3.5 Posture |
| Calius (Common) | C | +5.0 Equipment Load |
Aaroniero is a strong Kido alternative, but its -1.5% Melee Defense penalty stings against close-range opponents, which is why Cifer stays ahead for caster builds. Murciellago is a rare case of a Common clan worth holding onto early, since its raw Shunpo Speed makes chasing and escaping feel much smoother.
Best Quincy (Reishi Archers) clans in VV Ultimatum
Quincy clans cover weapon pressure, Kido and defensive scaling. Kurosaki is the most flexible roll because weapon damage, Reiatsu and Shunpo Speed all matter in almost every Quincy build. For pure caster damage, Haschwalth gives the highest direct Kido bonus among Quincy clans.
| Clan | Tier | Passives |
|---|---|---|
| Kurosaki (Legendary) | S | +2.0 Reiatsu, +2.0% Weapon Damage, +5.0 Shunpo Speed |
| Eisenhauer (Legendary) | A | Gain a metal arm, +3.0% Melee Defense, +5.0 Posture, +0.5% Hakuda Damage |
| Ishida (Rare) | A | +2.0% Kido Damage, +5.0 Shunpo Stamina |
| Haschwalth (Rare) | A | +2.5% Kido Damage |
| Parnkgjas (Rare) | B | +3.5% Kido Defense, +1.0% Melee Defense |
| Richter (Common) | B | +1.0% Weapon Damage, +2.5 Posture |
| Kraus (Uncommon) | B | +1.5% Melee Defense, +1.0% Kido Defense |
| Wernarr (Uncommon) | B | +5.0 Health, +2.5% Posture Regen |
| Schulte (Common) | C | +5.0 Equipment Load |
Eisenhauer is the durability pick, trading offense for a comfortable defensive profile against melee. Ishida edges toward poke-and-reposition play thanks to its Shunpo Stamina, while Haschwalth is the cleaner choice if you only want raw Kido scaling.
Best Shinigami (Soul Reapers) clans in VV Ultimatum
Shinigami clans split between mobility, weapon damage and Kido. Shihoin tops the list because its heavy Shunpo bonuses help every build, with small Lightning and Hakuda boosts on top. Kuchiki is the go-to for dedicated Kido users, and Yamamoto is the reliable weapon pick.
| Clan | Tier | Passives |
|---|---|---|
| Shihoin (Legendary) | S | +15 Shunpo Stamina, +5 Shunpo Speed, +1% Lightning Damage, +0.5% Hakuda Damage |
| Kamamura (Legendary) | A | Become a wolfman, +4% Melee Defense, +1% Weapon Damage, -2% Kido Defense |
| Kuchiki (Rare) | A | +3% Kido Damage |
| Yamamoto (Rare) | A | +2% Weapon Damage, +5 Shunpo Stamina |
| Hitsugaya (Rare) | B | +3 Reiatsu, +2.5% Kido Defense |
| Abarai (Uncommon) | B | +8 Health, +3% Posture Regen |
| Madarame (Common) | C | +5 Equipment Load |
Kamamura is a strong melee defense option, but its -2% Kido Defense leaves you exposed to caster opponents, which keeps it just under Shihoin. Hitsugaya and Abarai are fine while leveling, and Madarame is a reroll target once you have spare rolls.
How to reroll your clan and what it costs
You get two free clan rolls during character creation. If neither result fits your build, you can buy more rerolls right from the creation screen, and you are never locked into a clan permanently. You can also pick up free rerolls later through active codes or by completing achievements.
| Reroll bundle | Cost |
|---|---|
| 1 reroll | 99 Robux |
| 5 rerolls | 399 Robux |
| 10 rerolls | 789 Robux |
You can confirm a reroll worked because the clan name and its passive bonuses update immediately on the character screen. Rarity matters less than the stats themselves, so an A-tier rare that directly supports your damage type is often a better keep than a lower-value legendary. If you main Kido, weapon or Hakuda damage, chase a clan that boosts that line; if you want safer fights, prioritize posture, health and defense rolls instead.
