Wispae Amusement Park in Honkai Star Rail: How to Three-Star Every Phase

A breakdown of Arca Coins, attraction placement, and the three build phases you clear for Stellar Jade and event rewards.

A breakdown of Arca Coins, attraction placement, and the three build phases you clear for Stellar Jade and event rewards.

Wispae Amusement Park arrived with the second half of Honkai Star Rail version 4.3, and it runs almost entirely on idle play. You lay down attractions, let crowds of Wispaes walk through them, and bank Arca Coins until each stage clears. The catch is that every stage demands three stars, and you have to earn three stars in all three build phases to finish it.

Quick answer: Place attractions directly beside the path Wispaes walk along, unlock more tiles as each new phase opens, and keep adding attractions until your Arca Coin total hits three stars in all three phases of the stage.

How Arca Coins and stars work

Every stage works the same way. Wispaes move along a set path, and any attraction sitting next to that path earns you Arca Coins each time a Wispae passes through it. The more attractions a Wispae touches on its walk, the more coins flow in.

Your goal in each phase is simple. Accumulate enough Arca Coins to fill the meter to three stars. Coins are the only thing the rating tracks, so any layout that maximizes how many attractions a Wispae brushes past on its route will get you there faster.

The three phases of every stage

Each stage is split into three parts, and each part lasts four business days. You need three stars in every one of them to count the stage as complete.

PhaseWhat it opens up
Preparation and PlanningPlace attractions next to the Wispae path. Each day you can add more attractions, raising your coin income.
Construction and DevelopmentUnlock more tiles around the park, giving you room for additional attractions and more revenue.
Official PreparationsUnlock everything across the park to push Arca Coin income as high as it can go.

The phases build on each other. Early on you are limited to a tight footprint, but each new phase widens the space you can fill, so your coin generation climbs steadily as the stage progresses.

Choosing the right attractions

When it is time to add an attraction, the game offers three options and you pick one. They fall into two roles, so choose based on what your current layout needs most.

  • Revenue attractions generate Arca Coins directly whenever a Wispae passes over their tiles.
  • Buff attractions raise the Arca Coin output of nearby attractions instead of earning coins on their own.

Because buff attractions only help the tiles around them, placement matters. Slot them where they sit next to several revenue attractions so the bonus reaches as many earners as possible.

Clearing a stage and the rewards

Once you hit three stars in all three phases, the stage is finished and its full reward set unlocks for collection. Payouts across the event include Stellar Jade, Credits, Traveler’s Guide, Self-Modeling Resins, and Tracks of Destiny, which makes clearing every stage worthwhile for both currency and character upgrade materials.

If a phase ends short of three stars, the only fix is more coin throughput. Add attractions on every day they become available, unlock the new tiles each phase grants, and reposition buff attractions so they cover the busiest stretch of the Wispae path. Since the mode idles, a denser, well-placed layout almost always closes the gap.
