Unlock the 1991 GMC Syclone and clear every step for 25,000 Credits and five Forzathon points.

Syclone Season is the Autumn weekly challenge in the Horizon Decades Festival Playlist, and it runs from June 25 to July 1, 2026. Every task centers on the 1991 GMC Syclone, a turbocharged pickup built around a 4.3L V6 that makes 280 horsepower and 350 lb-ft of torque. You complete four objectives in this truck, in a fixed order, to claim the weekly rewards.

Quick answer: Get the 1991 GMC Syclone, complete two runs at the Irokawa Quarter Mile Drag Meet, earn 3 Awesome Wreckage Skills, then win a Street Race, all while driving the Syclone.

Syclone Season rewards and rules

The four tasks must be tackled one after another. You cannot jump ahead to the final objective and clear it first, and you must be driving the Syclone for each step to count. Finishing all four awards 25,000 Credits and 5 Forzathon points toward your seasonal total.

Task 1: Own and drive the 1991 GMC Syclone

The first task simply needs you to own the Syclone and put it on the road. If it is not already in your garage, buy it from the Autoshow for 46,000 Credits. You can also earn the truck for free as the reward for the On the Trail Seasonal Championship this week, so check there before spending Credits.

Once you are behind the wheel and moving, this step ticks off on its own.

Task 2: Complete 2 runs at the Irokawa Quarter Mile Drag Meet

Fast travel to the Irokawa Quarter Mile Drag Meet and run the strip twice. There is no target time to beat, so you only need to finish each run. After the first session, return to the start and race the distance one more time to register both runs.

Tip: If you want a tuned Syclone ready for the drag strip and the street race later, a B600 cross country setup works well. Search the share code 180 726 833 in the tuning menu.

Task 3: Earn 3 Awesome Wreckage Skills

This step asks you to smash through breakable objects off the road. Right after the drag meet, head toward the nearby fences and start plowing through them. Turn toward the highway and keep driving while you destroy the barriers along it to rack up three Awesome Wreckage Skills. Forest stretches work just as well if you would rather leave the road at any point and crash through the trees.

Task 4: Win a Street Race

The final objective is a straight win in any Street Race while driving the Syclone. The Rainbow Bridge Descent event is a good pick. It has gentle turns and long straights, which suit the Syclone’s power and make it easy to grab the lead. Start the race with the B600 tune mentioned above and hold the front for a comfortable first-place finish.

Cross the line first and the weekly challenge completes, dropping 25,000 Credits and 5 Forzathon points into your tally.

With all four tasks cleared, the Syclone Season points feed into the wider Horizon Decades Autumn rewards, where milestones unlock the 1998 TVR Cerbera Speed 12, the 1993 Schuppan 962CR, and the 1993 Porsche 911 Turbo S Leichtbau as you accumulate Festival Points across the week.
