Void Evolution is the second reset layer in Sell Lemons, and it hands you a permanent 42x global speed multiplier every time you trigger it. Getting there is gated behind a single huge number, not a cash purchase, so you cannot buy your way in. You earn the Void Portal by stacking investors until the game opens it for you.
Quick answer: Reach a total of 501.2 Quadrillion investors to spawn the Void Portal behind Joe the Alien, walk through it, cross the parkour to the Void Altar and interact with it, then fill the Void Evolution menu to 100% and press Evolve.
Requirements before the Void Portal appears
Evolution sits on top of Rebirth, so you need that mechanic working first. Rebirth unlocks once you earn around 77 Sextillion cash, and it resets your business in exchange for investors that boost your future cash income by a stacking +1% each.

From there, the only thing standing between you and your first evolution is the investor count. The Void Portal will not show up until your total reaches 501.2 Quadrillion investors. That total counts investors you currently own, investors already spent on Powers, and investors you would gain on your next Rebirth.
- Rebirth unlocked (earn roughly 77 Sextillion cash to get it).
- A combined total of 501.2 Quadrillion investors.
- Powers purchased along the way, since spent investors still count toward the total.
The portal starts as a tiny version once you get close, then grows larger as your investor total climbs, reaching full size at the threshold. It is purple and sits beside LemonDash and Lemon Depot, right behind Joe the Alien, so it is hard to miss.

Entering the Void and using the Altar
To leave the Void, return through the portal, teleport to an income source, jump off the rocks into the void, or reset your avatar. The Altar remains accessible for every future evolution, so you only do the parkour once for the unlock.
Filling the Evolution menu and confirming it worked
The Void Evolution menu shows your current fruit and evolution number, a silhouette of the next fruit, and a progress percentage toward the next evolution. That progress is your total investors (owned, spent, and potential on Rebirth) measured against the required count for the next tier.
When the bar hits 100%, the Evolve button becomes active and you can preview the next fruit. Press Evolve to transform it. You will know it worked because your fruit changes, your evolution number ticks up, and your global speed multiplier jumps by 42x.
Note: Evolving resets your Powers, investors, and everything Rebirth normally clears. Anything bought with Robux and the buttons on The Staircase do not reset. If you go past 100% before evolving, the extra investors make you more “ready” and grant a bonus pool of investors that survives the reset.
How the 42x multiplier stacks
Each evolution gives a 42x global speed multiplier, and the multipliers stack multiplicatively rather than adding together. One evolution is 42x. Two is 42 × 42, which is 1,764x, not 84x. Three is 74,088x. That compounding is why the totals balloon so quickly across tiers.
All evolution fruits, requirements, and multipliers
You start as Lemon and can evolve through nine fruits up to Purity. After Purity, the fruit loops back to Lemon with a +1 tag (Lemon+1) and the cycle repeats. The required investor counts below are the official totals for each tier.
| Fruit (Evolution #) | Required Investors | Total Speed Multiplier |
|---|---|---|
| Lemon (0) | 0 | x1 |
| Orange (1) | 501.2 Quadrillion | x42 |
| Lime (2) | 19.95 Nonillion | x1,764 |
| Grapefruit (3) | 794.3 Tredecillion | x74,088 |
| Tangerine (4) | 31.62 Octodecillion | x3,111,696 |
| Pomelo (5) | 1.259 Tresvigintillion | x130,691,232 |
| Abyssalime (6) | 50.12 Septenvigintillion | x5,489,031,744 |
| Nullfruit (7) | 1.995 Duotrigintillion | x230,539,333,248 |
| Voidlemon (8) | 79.43 Sextrigintillion | x9,682,651,996,416 |
| Purity (9) | 3.162 Unquadragintillion | x406,671,383,849,472 |
When to evolve
As a rule, evolve as soon as the bar hits 100%. The 42x speed boost makes re-earning investors so fast that waiting around for a bigger bonus pool rarely pays off. The one good reason to hold is if you are close to a Staircase boost, since those purchases stay with you through the reset and are worth grabbing first.
After that, the loop is simple. Rebirth to rebuild investors, spend on Powers to climb faster, hit the next tier’s requirement, and evolve again. Each pass compounds your speed, and Sell Lemons keeps the fruit cycle running well past Purity for as long as you want to push the numbers. You can jump back into the game on Roblox to start grinding toward your next fruit.
