Palworld 1.0 pushes the player level cap from 65 up to 80, and each of those 15 extra levels drops a fresh row of blueprints into the Technology menu. These new unlocks cover late-game weapons, ancient-tier structures, resource nodes, and saddles for a wave of newly rideable Pals. Most cost a set number of Technology Points, but several carry extra conditions before they appear.
Quick answer: Reach the required level, open the Technology menu, and spend the listed Technology Points to unlock the blueprint. Saddles only appear after you capture the matching Pal, and a few Ancient Tech entries also require defeating a tower boss.

How unlocking works above level 65
Every level up hands you Technology Points to spend on that level’s row of blueprints. Standard unlocks only need points and the right level. Ancient Tech entries pull from a separate pool of Ancient Technology Points earned from bosses, dungeons, and legendary Pals.
Once you buy an unlock, its blueprint stays available to craft whenever you have the materials. Saddles behave differently. They stay hidden in the menu until you have captured the Pal they belong to, so you cannot pre-buy a saddle for a Pal you have not caught yet. Two Ancient Tech items are also gated behind clearing the PIDF Tower.

Unlocks that need more than points
Two kinds of blueprints stay locked even when you have the level and the points. Knowing these conditions up front saves you from confusion when an entry does not show in the menu.
Saddles need the Pal first
Every new saddle stays hidden until you capture its Pal. Solmora Lux, Dynamodd, Xenolord, Eidrolon, Dualith Noct, Hartalis, Moldron Cryst, Beakon Cryst, Whalaska Ignis, Roujay, Ophydia, Tetroise Primo, Eidrolon Ignis, Starryon Primo, Shaolong, Celesdir Noct, and Aegidron all follow this rule. Catch the Pal, then the matching saddle appears at its listed level for you to buy.
Boss-gated Ancient Tech
Two entries require defeating the PIDF Tower boss before you can unlock them. The Triple Jump Boots at level 70 cost 6 Ancient Technology Points, and the Azure Covenant Flag Set at level 71 costs just 1 Technology Point. Both stay unavailable until that tower is cleared.
High-value unlocks to prioritize
Since points are limited per level, a few standout blueprints are worth targeting first as you climb toward the cap.
- Wing Pack (Level 80): Lets you fly without a winged Pal in your party, freeing that slot for another creature. It costs 9 Ancient Technology Points.
- Tactical Grenade Launcher (Level 72): A heavy area-damage option for 5 Technology Points, with ammo for another 2.
- Ancient Furnace and Ancient Workbench: Pal-run crafting stations that centralize smelting and item production, though the workbench cannot be used by the player directly.
- Ancient Sphere (Level 74): The top-tier capture sphere tied to the World Tree, for the toughest catches.
Confirming an unlock worked
After you spend the points, the entry switches from locked to unlocked in the Technology menu and the blueprint becomes craftable at the relevant bench. If a saddle does not appear at its level, you have not captured its Pal yet. If a boss-gated Ancient item stays greyed out, the PIDF Tower is still standing.
The climb from 65 to 80 is a long grind, but it is the only route to the game’s strongest gear, most powerful spheres, and flight without a dedicated flying Pal. Plan your point spending around the saddles you can actually reach and the ancient-tier stations that speed up everything else.
