Paloxite Ingots are the metal backbone of Palworld’s endgame gear, feeding into some of the strongest weapons, their ammunition, and the Ancient Sphere. Getting them takes a specific furnace, a high Technology Level, and materials that only appear once you reach the World Tree region. Once your production line is running, though, you can make them in bulk.
Quick answer: Reach Tech Level 74, build an Ancient Furnace, then combine 1 Soralite, 2 Paloxite, and 1 World Tree Holy Water to smelt a single Paloxite Ingot.

Paloxite Ingot recipe and requirements
Paloxite Ingots are smelted at the Ancient Furnace, which only becomes available once your Technology Level is high enough. Each ingot uses three separate materials, and two of them come exclusively from the World Tree endgame area.
| Requirement | Detail |
|---|---|
| Technology Level | 74 |
| Crafting station | Ancient Furnace |
| Soralite | 1 |
| Paloxite | 2 |
| World Tree Holy Water | 1 |
| Output | 1 Paloxite Ingot |
Because the recipe sits behind Tech Level 74, this is strictly late-game crafting. Make sure the Ancient Furnace is built and powered, and keep a Pal with Kindling assigned to run it, the same way other furnaces operate.

Paloxite is the ore that gives the ingot its name, and it grows as pink and purple crystal clusters throughout the World Tree region. Mining these clusters drops Paloxite in large quantities, so a single trip can net hundreds if you clear enough nodes.
World Tree Holy Water is a combat drop rather than a mining resource. Rayhound Cryst, the icy Pals that roam the snowy valleys in this region around levels 75 to 78, drop it when defeated. Clearing packs of them yields Holy Water alongside Ice Organ and Ancient Relics.
Note: There is a catch with the World Tree area. Its resource nodes normally shatter and vanish the moment you approach or hit them, leaving nothing behind, so you cannot farm Paloxite the ordinary way.
Getting a Pal with a Rainbow Passive to stop resources vanishing
To harvest anything in the World Tree region, you need a Pal in your party that carries one of the new Rainbow (Legendary) Passives. These passives share a single crucial line: “World Tree resources will not vanish when approached.” With one active, crystals and trees stay put and drop their materials normally.
Two known passives grant this effect:
| Passive | Effects |
|---|---|
| Dimensional Leap | Movement Speed +50%, Hunger depletion +15%, World Tree resources will not vanish when approached |
| World Tree Seedbed | Hunger depletion −50%, HP −20%, World Tree resources will not vanish when approached |
The most reliable route to one of these passives is to hatch an Ominous Egg. These eggs spawn at several fixed points inside the World Tree region and can hatch a Pal carrying the passive. If the first egg does not roll the right skill, pick up others or wait for spawns to refresh, since they respawn over time. You can also get lucky and catch a wild Pal that already has the passive.
When the passive is active, your character is wrapped in a blue-white glowing aura. That aura is your visual confirmation that mining and chopping in the region will now produce drops.
Where to find Soralite
Soralite is the one material that comes from outside the World Tree. You can gather it on Sunreach Island, where it turns up in Treasureboxes, as a Pal drop, and by mining Soralite Quarries directly. Only one Soralite is needed per ingot, so a modest stockpile covers a lot of crafting.
Crafting Paloxite Ingots step by step
What you can build with Paloxite Ingots
Paloxite Ingots unlock a tier of high-end weapons, ammunition, armor, and the Ancient Sphere. Plan your farming around how much of each item you want, since these recipes consume ingots quickly.
- Beam Scatter (Rifle)
- Plasma Rifle (Rifle)
- Drone Launcher
- Heat-Resistant Ancient Armor
- Cold-Resistant Ancient Armor
- Eidrolon Ignis Saddle
- Jetragon’s Missile Launcher
- Ancient Sphere
- Plasma Rifle Ammo
- Beam Launcher Ammo
- Beam Scatter Ammo
The hardest part is the setup rather than the recipe itself. Once you have a Rainbow Passive Pal to keep World Tree nodes intact and a powered Ancient Furnace, Paloxite comes in stacks of hundreds per mining run, and Soralite plus Holy Water are easy to top up. From there, it is just a matter of feeding the furnace and letting your Kindling Pal turn out ingots for whatever endgame gear you are chasing.
