How to use a Kinship Peach and confirm it worked
Select the Kinship Peach from your inventory or a storage chest, then choose the Pal you want to feed. The moment it is eaten, that Pal’s trust level rises along with its EXP.
To verify the boost, open the Pal’s summary and hover over its attack and defense stats to see the trust contribution reflected in the numbers. If nothing changes, the Pal has almost certainly already reached trust Level 10, which is the cap.
