Harpoon Guns are ranged fishing tools in Fisch that let you hook and reel in Roaming Fish underwater, working alongside Spears through a new pull minigame. There are seven of them in total. Six are collected out in the world, and the seventh, the Relic Piercer, is crafted from parts you gather yourself.
Quick answer: Buy the Steady Harpoon Gun at Roslit Bay for C$9,000, then work up to the Fungal Harpoon Gun (Mushgrove Swamp), Frost Biter (Boreal Pines), Great Dream Waker (Cursed Isle), Crystal Crasher (Crystal Coves), and Trident Striker (Poseidon’s Armory). Craft the Relic Piercer at the Ancient Archives on Ancient Isle.

Harpoon Guns you can buy straight away
Two of the guns sit in the open with no gating beyond having the coins. These are the ones to grab first.
Steady Harpoon Gun (Roslit Bay)
Take a boat to Roslit Bay and head to the docks at GPS (-1479, 133, 791), directly across from the Roslit Blacksmith shop. The Steady Harpoon Gun costs C$9,000, making it the cheapest and easiest of the set to pick up.

Fungal Harpoon Gun (Mushgrove Swamp)
Travel to Mushgrove Swamp using the on-screen marker, then move toward the center of the map to find the Aligator Swamp. Take a left from there to spot the glowing Fungal Harpoon Gun beside a tree at GPS (2658, 131, -835). It costs C$155,000.

Add to Google Preferences →Guns that require Bestiary completion
Two guns will not go into your bag until you have logged enough of the local fish. You can still travel to them early, but the purchase only completes once the Bestiary target is met.
Frost Biter (Boreal Pines)
Use the Northern Expedition to cross to the far side of the map, then make your way to Boreal Pines. Head to the center to find an isolated house at GPS (21463, 234, 3922). Inside, the Frost Biter sits on a table for C$270,000. You can only claim it after completing 100% of the Boreal Pines Bestiary.
Great Dream Waker (Cursed Isle)
Cursed Isle only appears during Foggy, Autumn, or Summer nighttime, so use a Sundial to speed up the Celestial cycle or wait for night to fall. Follow the marker to the island, then find the small broken storage room at GPS (1871, 135, 1280.5) and look in the corner. The Great Dream Waker costs C$1,500,000 and needs at least 75% of the Cursed Isle Bestiary completed before it can be added to your bag.
The deepest guns to reach
The final two purchasable guns are tucked behind longer routes through the underwater areas. Expect these to take the most time to unlock.
Crystal Crasher (Crystal Coves)
Getting to the Crystal Crasher is a multi-step trip. First, find a Mysterious Whirlpool, which spawns at random around the map, to reach Vertigo. From there, push into the Depths and locate the cave entrance that leads to Crystal Coves. Once inside, look to your right for the ledge next to the large purple crystal at GPS (1352, -612, 2400). The gun costs C$2,400,000.

Trident Striker (Poseidon’s Armory)
The Trident Striker waits inside the Trident Vault. Travel to the Desolate Deep and dive down to the Trident Temple area. Shoot the five glowing orange spots with any Harpoon Gun you already own and place Relics to open the hidden passage leading down to the Vault. Inside, you can buy the Trident Striker for C$175,000. Because this route needs a Harpoon Gun to trigger, it is not one you can collect on a fresh account.

Crafting the Relic Piercer at Ancient Isle
The Relic Piercer is the only Harpoon Gun you build rather than buy. Gather the three materials below, then head to the Ancient Archives on Ancient Isle to assemble it.
| Material | Quantity | How to get it |
|---|---|---|
| Moonstone | x3 | 1.4% chance from a Meteor at Ancient Isle |
| Scrap Metal | x2 | Catch anywhere in the Ocean with the Training Rod |
| Meg’s Spine | x1 | Fish around Ancient Isle or use a Crab Cage |
The Moonstone is the slowest drop to farm because of its low chance from Meteors, so stockpile those first. Once you hold all three materials, the Ancient Archives lets you craft a single Relic Piercer.

With all seven collected, you can swap between them from the redesigned Equipment Bag, which now holds Fishing Rods, Spears, and Harpoon Guns together under a single category selector. Each gun carries its own stats and passive feel, so the ones you spent the most on tend to reward the effort against tougher Roaming Fish.
