Slime Card Collection Guide: Best Packs, Cards, and Shop Upgrades

How pack hatching, passive income, card leveling, daily rewards, and every active code fit together in Idle Workers' Roblox game.

How pack hatching, passive income, card leveling, daily rewards, and every active code fit together in Idle Workers’ Roblox game.

Slime Card Collection is an incremental simulator on Roblox where you buy elemental booster packs, hatch them into pixel-art slime cards, and earn currency every second from the cards sitting in your binder. The whole game runs on one loop: spend cash on packs, hatch more cards, collect the income they produce, and reinvest into pricier packs. Everything below explains how that loop works and where the fastest gains come from.

Quick answer: Buy packs from the conveyor belt, drop them on the Hatch Zone grid to hatch, then step on the Collect button to bank the passive income your cards generate. Reinvest that cash into higher-tier packs and level cards by hatching duplicates.

The core loop: buy, hatch, collect

Packs ride along a moving conveyor belt, and you buy them with in-game cash. Each pack you own has to be placed onto the Hatch Zone grid, where it opens after a short countdown. Whatever card comes out gets added to My Binder, and from that point it produces income per second automatically.

Income does not land in your wallet on its own. It piles up until you step on the Collect button, which claims everything accumulated at once. The game also pays out while you are offline, so returning after a break gives you a lump sum to spend on the next tier of packs.

There are 18 elemental booster packs and more than 160 unique slime cards to fill out. Cheaper packs like Fire and Water are where every new player starts, and the price climbs steeply as you move up the elements.

Cards and passive income

Every card carries a per-second income value, and higher-element cards pay far more than the early Fire binder ones. Your total income is the sum of every card in your binder, so filling gaps and pushing into Water and beyond makes a noticeable difference. Here is how the early cards compare.

CardBinder #Income
Ember#1$7/s
Matchstick#2$10/s
Candle#3$12/s
Bomb#4$15/s
Lantern#5$17/s
Magma#6$20/s
Bubble#12$175/s
Wave#14$245/s

The jump from a Fire card like Magma at $20/s to a Water card like Wave at $245/s shows why reinvesting into the next pack tier matters more than hoarding cash. Notice that Bomb is the card you unlock during the tutorial.

Leveling cards with duplicates

Duplicates are not wasted. When you hatch a card you already own, that copy goes toward leveling the card up, and a higher level raises its income per second. Because of this, it is worth grinding the same pack repeatedly even after you have the card unlocked, since each extra copy pushes its output higher.

This is also why luck upgrades pay off over time. More hatches mean more duplicates, which means faster leveling and a compounding income curve.

Gems from daily quests and login rewards

Gems are the premium currency, and you earn them for free through the daily quest board and the 7-day login track. The quest board rotates simple objectives that reward gems and coins when completed.

  • Drink 10 Potions
  • Hatch 20 Packs
  • Hatch 3 Rainbow Packs

The login rewards run on a 7-day cycle that mixes gems, currency, and overpowered (OP) packs. The OP packs are the standout pulls here, since they hand you strong cards without the usual grind.

Day 2OP Nature
Day 3+10B Gems
Day 4OP Air
Day 5+1T Gems
Day 6OP Lightning

Active codes for free potions and hatch tokens

Codes hand out Plerts Potions and Insta Hatch Tokens, which speed up your early income and let you open more packs at once. A normal Plerts Potion raises your Plerts per second by 10 percent for 60 seconds, while a Super Plerts Potion doubles income for 5 minutes. Potions stack, so you can drink several at the same time before a big hatching run.

The RELEASED code has expired and no longer works. Codes tend to lapse quickly, so redeem new ones as soon as they appear.

Launch Slime Card Collection on Roblox and load into a server.
Open the Shop by pressing the basket icon on the right side of the screen.
Scroll to the bottom of the Shop menu to find the Redeem Codes section, then press Redeem.
Type or paste a code into the code box exactly as written, then press OK to claim the reward. You know it worked when the potions or tokens appear in your inventory. If nothing happens, check for typos or spaces, restart the client, or assume the code has expired.

Premium shop and gamepass upgrades

The Premium Shop sells permanent upgrades for either Robux or Gems, and several of them remove the biggest friction points in the core loop. Auto Collect Money is the most impactful early buy, since it banks your income without you stepping on the Collect button. Half Time Pack Hatch cuts hatch countdowns in half, and Express Grading speeds up the grading process.

Auto Collect Money299600
Express Grading299600
Half Time Pack Hatch4991,000
Double XP199
+x2 Hatch Pack Luck99
x2 Money79

Because upgrades like Auto Collect and Express Grading can be bought with Gems, the free Gems from quests and daily logins let you grab them without spending Robux.

Grading, trading, and events

The grading mailbox lets you send cards off to be graded to PSA, but it requires a card of Void rarity to use. Grading is where the Express Grading upgrade earns its cost by shortening the wait. Alongside grading, you can trade cards with other players and play with friends for extra money.

The game runs limited events too. A Ghost Pack has been added as new content, and an Auction House feature paired with a new pack is set to open on Friday, August 7 at 2:00 PM. Following the developer’s updates is the way to catch these windows and any fresh codes tied to them.

Put together, the fastest progress comes from keeping cash moving into the next pack tier, hatching duplicates to level your best cards, and using free Gems on Auto Collect so your income never sits idle.
