How to Finish Dig & Clean Fast in Roblox

Dig & Clean rewards a single, repeatable loop. You dig up buried junk and treasure, spray it clean to reveal what it is, sell or display your finds, and pour the coins straight back into better gear. The fastest route to the end is not about grinding harder. It is about buying upgrades in the right order so every dig pays off more than the last.

Quick answer: Max out your shovel first, then the detector, then the spray bottle (or pressure washer) on each island. Once you have 1,000,000 coins, pay to travel to Shipwreck Cove, where a permanent 2X luck boost doubles your profit, and repeat the same upgrade order there.

The upgrade order that ends the game fastest

Both islands share the exact same priority. Spend on your shovel until it is maxed, then move to the detector, and only then invest in cleaning gear. Following this sequence keeps your income climbing instead of stalling on tools that do not raise your earning power.

PriorityToolWhat it does
1ShovelDigs up treasure, and a stronger one clears high-rarity spots far quicker.
2DetectorPoints you to buried treasure, including rare finds.
3Spray Bottle / Pressure WasherCleans dug-up items so you can see and sell what they are.

Why the shovel comes first

Even the cheapest detectors can pick up high-rarity treasure. The bottleneck is digging it out. A weak shovel wastes time on every valuable spot, so pushing the shovel to its top tier before anything else gives you the biggest speed gain per coin spent.

On the first island that means working up through the Wood Shovel to the Metal Shovel and Amethyst Shovel before you touch the Silver, Gold, or Platinum Detector. Save the Rubber and Turquoise Spray Bottle for last. Cleaning speed matters, but it never earns you more than a shovel that lets you dig faster and reach rarer items.

Dig smarter to build coins quickly

Two habits keep your coin count rising while you save for the next island.

  • Use an auto-clicker on high-rarity spots to keep digging at full speed without wearing out your hand.
  • Skip low-rarity treasure while your gear is still weak. Focus on uncommon or higher spots, where the payout justifies the dig time.

Chasing every common find with early tools slows you down more than it helps. Ignore the cheap stuff and let the detector guide you toward the spots worth clearing.

Travel to Shipwreck Cove to double your profit

The second island is where your runs really accelerate. Reaching it costs a one-time payment of 1,000,000 coins, and the trip is what carries you toward the endgame.

Keep digging and cleaning on the first island until you have banked 1,000,000 coins on top of your maxed gear.

Talk to the Pirate and choose the travel option, then select Shipwreck Cove. You will be charged the 1,000,000 coins and taken across.

Once you land, the island applies a permanent 2X LUCK multiplier. That doubles your odds of pulling valuable treasure, which sharply raises how fast you earn.

You will know the move worked when the Shipwreck Cove name and its 2X LUCK label appear on screen and new tools show up in the shop.

Repeat the same order on the second island

Nothing about the strategy changes at Shipwreck Cove. Buy the shovels first, then the detector, then the cleaning gear, only now with the 2X luck stacking on top of everything you dig.

Work the Diamond, Cobalt, Titanium, and Ruby Shovel up to the top before moving on, then grab the Garnet Pressure Washer for cleaning. With the luck boost doubling your rare finds and the shovel-first order keeping your income high, you will clear the island’s gear and reach the end of Dig & Clean far quicker than digging at random.
