A Shadow Over Gotham is the collectible-heavy finale of LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight, packing eleven hidden items into a single mission that winds from a tumbler-infested main street, down into the sewer, and back up toward Wayne Tower. Five League Banners, five WayneTech Caches, and one Red Brick are all gated behind Nightwing and Batgirl's gadgets, so plan to use both characters as you go.
Quick answer: Sweep each banner and cache as you progress the mission objectives in order, then grab the Red Brick by maneuvering the garbage truck with Nightwing and Batgirl right before crossing the long gap to Wayne Tower.
League Banner locations
The five banners line the critical path, so you mostly need to look up and to the sides rather than detour. None require gadgets beyond what the mission already hands you.

Red Brick: the garbage truck shield
The Red Brick sits near the end of the mission, just before you take Nightwing's line launcher across the long gap toward Wayne Tower. After climbing the long ladder out of the sewer and deactivating the security, turn away from the gap and head back toward the street instead of zipping across.
Step 1: Spot the garbage truck parked on the left side of the street. This is the object you'll use as cover against the tumblers firing down the road.
Step 2: Use Batgirl's ability and Nightwing's ability together to push the truck into position so it blocks the tumblers' line of sight.
Step 3: With the truck in place as a shield, move up behind it and grab the Red Brick. The pickup confirmation appears on screen the moment it registers, unlocking a new suit color option for all characters.
Characters and gadgets you need on hand
Both Nightwing and Batgirl are required to clean out every collectible in the mission. Nightwing's line launcher and electrified gadget handle the sewer crossing and the trunk-pry on cache four, while Batgirl moves the bus blocking banner four and flips the highway barricade for cache five. The Red Brick needs both of them working together on the garbage truck.
Clearing all eleven collectibles in a single run is the fastest route to 100 percent on this level, since the path loops you past every pickup in mission order. If a banner or cache doesn't register, check that the on-screen counter ticked up before moving on — the level is long enough that backtracking from Wayne Tower wastes more time than a quick replay.
