Havana holds six Assassin Contracts, and clearing them all is a common sticking point because one frequently refuses to show up on the map. Each contract works the same way. You pick up a note, it points you to a moving target, and you get paid for the kill plus a bonus if you stay hidden.

Quick answer: Collect all six contract notes across Havana, assassinate each target without raising the alarm to bank the full 1,500 Reales (1,000 base plus a 500 stealth bonus), and if your counter stalls at 5/6, open the database to find the missing contract’s name, travel to the target’s marked area, and use Eagle Vision to spot and kill the hidden target.

How Havana contract rewards work

Every contract pays 1,000 Reales for the kill on its own. Finishing the job without triggering an alarm adds a 500 Reales stealth bonus, bringing each successful contract to 1,500 Reales total. Picking up the note first is what reveals the target’s search area, so grab the contract before you hunt.

Note: on one contract the alarm goes off no matter what, but the stealth bonus is still credited because it registers the moment the assassination lands. That means an alarm afterward does not cost you the payout.

Walkthrough for the tricky targets

Beach Bonfire

Grab the contract note near the beach, then read the direction it gives you to the target’s area.

Move into the target zone from the east. There are two bushes you can slip into for cover.

Stay hidden until the target strolls within reach, then assassinate him. Staying unseen adds the 500R bonus for 1,500R total.

A Shipment Of Powder

Pick up this contract in the southern part of the map area.

Swim in and approach the target from the water rather than the streets, which keeps you out of guard sight.

Wait for the target to reach the end of the dock, then hit him with a takedown from the water for the clean kill and full payout.

The Spanish Commander

Collect the contract in the center of the map.

Take out the two guards positioned on the rooftops above the Commander.

Drop straight down onto the Commander for the kill. The alarm sounds afterward, but both the 500R stealth bonus and the 1,000R kill reward are already secured.

Fix the missing sixth Havana contract (5/6 glitch)

Plenty of players get stuck at 5/6 with no contract icon anywhere inside the city. When you zoom out to Havana on the world map it may still show one outstanding contract, yet nothing appears on the ground. The final contract, sometimes tied to a target who stays crouched in bushes and never turns gold, is the one that hangs up.

Open your database and check which Havana contract you have not completed, so you know the target’s name and area.

Travel to that target’s marked location in person rather than trying to trigger it from the map.

Turn on Eagle Vision as you sweep the area. The target is usually still present even without a visible contract marker, sometimes hiding low in the bushes.

Assassinate the target once you locate him. This registers the kill and pushes your counter from 5/6 to 6/6.

Tip: if the missing target is on a ship where Eagle Vision is unavailable while sailing, close the distance on foot or by boarding, then scan the area on land. A target that keeps wandering can take a long time to reach his marked spot, so give the search room to play out before assuming it is fully broken.

How to confirm all six are done

You know Havana’s contracts are cleared when the region tracker reads 6/6 and no contract icons remain on the local map. Each completion adds to your Reales balance, so a full sweep with the stealth bonus on every kill nets 9,000 Reales across the six contracts. If the count is stuck, it is almost always the crouched-target contract rather than a lost note, so head straight to the database and work the missing target with Eagle Vision.
