The Red Hood Gang mission in LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight hides five Ace Cards across the Ace Chemicals plant, split between the early "Follow the bears" exploration phase and the later "Chase Red Hood One" meltdown sequence. Collecting all five adds the Ace Cards trophy to the Batcave display.

Ace Card 1 - After the fan bridge
The first card is the easiest to miss, only if you sprint past it. After the opening elevator and the built-in fan that propels you across the first large chemical gap, you land on the platform with two engineer enemies near a console.
Step 1: Glide across the gap using the fan updraft and clear the two engineers standing by the computer terminal.
Step 2: Look to the left side of the console, near the giant swirling vat. Throw a Batarang at the Ace Card to destroy it and register the pickup.

Ace Card 2 - The teddy bear tea party
Continuing the "Follow the bears" objective, you reach a room with another large fan you are meant to shut down. Do not interact with the fan yet, the second card sits in a small upper alcove behind you.
Step 1: Enter the room and turn left instead of approaching the fan. Use the grapple to pull up to the first ledge, then grapple again to reach the second, narrower ledge.
Step 2: Walk up the short flight of steps next to the iron gate. The Ace Card is sitting beside a group of teddy bears arranged for a picnic. Hit it with a Batarang or melee to claim it.

Ace Card 3 - Top of the fan shaft
After clogging the giant fan and riding the updraft, you ascend a tall ventilation shaft. The third card is tucked just before the exit vent at the top.
Step 1: Glide all the way to the top of the shaft on the airflow. Land on the upper section and look up before crawling into the vent.
Step 2: The Ace Card rests on top of a small pipe or beam near the ceiling. A Batarang is the cleanest way to knock it down.

Ace Card 4 - The safety-glass control room
The mid-level shifts into the Red Hood One chase. After the long rocket-dodging sequence through 04 Bay's broken wall, you arrive in a room with reinforced safety glass and an elevator control area.
Step 1: Once the short cutscene with Red Hood One ends, stop before engaging the next objective and turn to the right side of the room.
Step 2: The Ace Card is propped against the blocked door in the back-right corner. Hit it to add it to the count.

Ace Card 5 - Side room past the burst pipes
The final card comes near the end of the chase, right after you extinguish a fire blocking the path, and Red Hood One fires one last rocket before retreating.
Step 1: Use a Batarang on the water valve to put out the fire, then push forward through the room with the burst blue pipes. Survive Red Hood One's rocket attack.
Step 2: Look to the right of the burst pipes for a small doorway. The room inside is filled with crates. Break them or walk past them to find the last Ace Card at the back. Hit it to finish the set.

Verification and reward
Each pickup updates the Ace Cards counter in the corner of the screen, climbing from 1/5 to 5/5. Completing all five during a single playthrough, or across replays, awards the Ace Cards trophy that displays as a giant Ace Card model inside the Batcave trophy room.
If the counter stops advancing, the card has not actually shattered. Ace Cards must be struck with a Batarang or a melee hit to count, so passing close to one is not enough.

If you missed any cards
Collectibles in The Red Hood Gang are tied to the mission instance, not the open world outside Ace Chemicals. From the Batcave computer, select The Red Hood Gang and replay it in free play. Cards you already picked up will not respawn, so you can sprint to the ones you still need without resetting progress.
Sweeping the Ace Cards in one run pairs naturally with the level's five WayneTech Caches and the Toxic Waste Red Brick, since most of those detours sit on the same side paths used for the cards.
