The Monster Mansion is a buyable home priced at 13,000 Bucks. It is not a limited minigame prize or an event currency item, so it works like any other house you swap onto your plot. Three new animated Halloween furniture pieces land alongside it.
The house itself is not a static model. The teaser clip shows the exterior lit up in green with moving parts on the building, and a player running along the front fence for scale. Expect it to behave like the other animated houses in the game rather than a plain reskin.
The giant fork on Adoption Island right now
Before any of the Halloween decor goes up, the current map already has a teaser of its own. A giant fork is stuck upright in the ground, surrounded by scattered picnic items, with lightning bolts and weather effects playing around it. It has not been explained in game.
A weather countdown banner is also running on screen, listing the time until sunny weather returns, which lines up with the storm effects around the fork area.

Two things are worth checking while the Halloween content is still being teased. The Task Board currently carries a timed objective called Elemental Decisions!, which asks you to complete 20 pet needs while wearing either the Lightning Crown or the Grassy Crown.
The Star Rewards track is also mid-cycle, with a Gemstone Egg unlocking at 28 daily logins. The menu counts your progress out of 28 and tells you how many logins remain, so missing days before Friday costs you the egg, not just the streak.
How to check when the Monster Mansion goes live
House changes are handled at your plot, using the real estate sign that displays Move House Here. Once the update ships, the Monster Mansion should appear in that list at its 13,000 Bucks price, and the three new furniture pieces become available for placement. If the update is rolling out, you may see a “Servers restarting soon!” banner scroll across the screen first; rejoin after the restart so your session picks up the new content.
