What arrives in week one of Summer Camp

The opening week brings five new pets, a fresh fishing system, and a limited-time currency. Here is what each addition does.

Five new pets, including two legendary dragons

The headline additions are two Legendary Dragons, Estus and Solaris. Each sells for 1,000 Robux on its own, and a bundle that includes both is priced at 1,500 Robux. Three more pets round out the week’s lineup, with one of them tied to the new event currency.

New fishing system on Adoption Island

Adoption Island has been overrun by carp, and you can now catch them using bait and fishing rods. Hauling in more fish lets you upgrade your rod, and continued fishing eventually unlocks exclusive pets.

Acorns currency and event rewards

Summer Camp introduces Acorns, a limited-time currency you earn during the event. Spend Acorns to claim event rewards, including one of the new pets. Alongside this, the week adds new pet wear, furniture, toys, a new pet need, and other items.

Admin Abuse runs for a full hour at launch

Summer Camp officially begins during this week’s Admin Abuse session, and that session is extended to a full hour rather than the usual 30 minutes. Admin Abuse normally starts just over a day after the weekly content drop, but this launch ties the two together.

During Admin Abuse, the game’s creators trigger effects across every server, including private ones, so you do not need to move to a public server to take part. Hosts include Jesse, Dagi, Steven, and Brad B, who talk to players through in-game messages.

TypeWhat you get
BoostsBucks boost, Pet XP boost, Super Speed, faster pet ageing
ActivitiesLimited-time party zone with races, minigames, and more
RewardsBucks, Pet XP, and themed items tied to the current update

You can confirm the event is live when admin messages start appearing in-game and the boosts activate across the server. The official Adopt Me Discord usually posts before the creators join the experience, so it is a reliable way to know the exact moment the session begins.

With five new pets, a fishing system, the Acorns currency, and an extended Admin Abuse session all packed into the first week, Summer Camp is set up as one of Adopt Me’s larger seasonal runs. Since the event spans five weekends, expect more content to land in the weeks that follow the June 19 launch.
