Daily Dungeons are the fastest way to stockpile Enhance Stones in AION 2, the material you burn through every time you upgrade a weapon or piece of armor. The whole feature lives under one tab called Unknown Fissure, and it holds a single dungeon: Daeva Bio-Research Base. It is a solo, timed kill challenge that pays out in Enhance Stones based on how high you push your score before the clock hits zero.

Quick answer: Open the Daily Dungeon tab at level 30, enter Daeva Bio-Research Base, and defeat as many enemies as possible in 90 seconds. Every Elite is worth 1,000 points, and a Final Score of 10,000 or higher pays 10,000 Enhance Stones.

Unlock requirements and weekly entries

The Daily Dungeon tab opens the moment your character reaches level 30. Only one player enters each run, so there is no group to assemble. Open it from the main menu, pick the Daily Dungeon tab, then select Daeva Bio-Research Base and hit Enter.

Despite the “daily” name, your attempts are pooled weekly. You get 14 entries per week, which refill every Wednesday. An entry is spent the instant you step inside, whether or not you finish, and the count is shared across every character you have on the same server. Clearing two runs a day keeps you on pace to use all 14 before the reset.

After using your 14 weekly entries, you can spend an Unknown Fissure Challenge Ticket to gain one more attempt per ticket. Ticket-granted attempts are additional to the weekly 14, but the weekly entries are deducted before ticket entries.

How scoring works

Your Final Score totals the points earned from every enemy you defeat during the 90-second round. Test subjects appear in waves, with different point values for the two types. A regular test subject awards 10 to 50 points, depending on its type, while an Elite is worth 1,000 points.

That difference defines the strategy: one Elite matches the value of 20 to 100 normal enemies. Make finding and defeating every Elite that appears your priority. A yellow triangle sits above each Elite’s health bar, and they often appear in the arena’s far corners, making mobility especially important.

Floating pillars around the arena fire purple orb projectiles that damage you on contact. Watch the floor telegraphs and keep moving so you are not whittled down while chasing Elites.

Running Daeva Bio-Research Base

Enter the dungeon from the Unknown Fissure tab. You will immediately be offered a Select Effects screen with three buff cards drawn at random from a pool of twelve. Pick one.

Favor damage and movement. Slayer (+30% Attack) and Adrenaline (+30% Combat Speed) are the strongest offensive picks, while Footwork (+20% Move Speed) and Fire Moth (enemies move toward you faster) cut down the time you waste running between spawns.
Gather enemies into clusters of four or more and hit them with area-of-effect skills. Circling the center platform while sweeping through packs keeps your score ticking up and avoids the pillar projectiles.
Dungeon Wave Combat01:50Dungeon Wave Combat

The instant an Elite appears, break off and burst it down with your single-target or heaviest skills, then return to the center. Each one you miss is a thousand points gone. Save burst abilities for Elites rather than feeding them into trash waves.

Keep fighting until the timer expires. When it does, the completion screen shows your Final Score and hands over the matching Enhance Stones. A clean run that targets Elites can land in the 8,500 to 9,200 range; a casual clear often sits closer to 1,500 to 2,000.

You can confirm the run counted by watching the Attempt Count drop by one on the results screen and the Enhance Stones land in your bag.

Enhance Stone rewards by Final Score

Rewards are paid by the band your Final Score falls into. Even the floor, 100 points, returns 3,000 Enhance Stones, and the payout climbs steeply once you clear the higher thresholds. Elyos and Asmodian characters earn identical amounts.

Reaching 10,000 points in each of the 14 weekly entries yields 140,000 Enhance Stones per week, not counting ticket-granted entries. This is the game’s top Enhance Stone source, surpassing Ascension Trials (up to 3,500 per clear) and Dimensional Invasions (700 or more per Monster Cube).

Instant Clear to skip replays

After you clear Daeva Bio-Research Base for the first time, an Instant Clear button appears in the completion window. Use it to collect the same rewards without replaying the run, spending an Instant Clear Ticket: Daily Dungeon (Bound). Each use costs one ticket and one entry, and you can complete as many as 50 at a time.

Instant Clear does not grant extra runs. It spends the same weekly entry pool that playing would, so the rewards it duplicates are those of the score you just posted. Set a high-scoring run as your baseline before spending tickets, because every instant clear copies that result.

The Wind Breeze Merchant sells Instant Clear Tickets in the Special tab for 30,000 Kinah each. With an active membership, you can buy up to seven per server each week.

Prep items worth carrying

A handful of consumables make each run smoother, either by stretching your score higher or by saving you a replay. Here is where each one sits and what it does.

ItemReq. levelPriceEffect
Unknown Fissure Challenge Ticket30—Recharges 1 attempt
Instant Clear Ticket: Daily Dungeon (Bound)11 Event CurrencyReclaims rewards without replaying
Courage Scroll (Bound)11,000 KinaCombat Speed up for 300s
Speed Scroll (Bound)11,000 KinaMove Speed up for 300s

The Courage and Speed scrolls both last 300 seconds, long enough to cover several back-to-back runs if you set them to auto-use before you start. Combat speed helps you clear waves faster, and move speed shortens the trips to Elites in the corners. The Challenge Ticket and Instant Clear Ticket are both bound and stack up to 1,000, so there is no harm in holding a stack from battle pass and reward sources.

Spend those stones the moment you have enough, since Enhance Stones feed directly into gear enhancement and into Substance Morph for Superior Power Shards. There is no cap on how many you can bank, so the only limit on your weekly haul is how high you score across those 14 entries.
