Deaths in Aion 2’s hardest group content rarely come from one giant hit you could never have survived. They come from healing that is too slow, stamina that runs dry mid-dodge, or a buff you forgot to refresh. Conquest tiers and Transcendence stages punish all three, and Transcendence in particular ranks your run partly on whether you die at all. The fixes below are cheap, repeatable, and fit on a single preset.
Quick answer: Carry Superior Life Potions and Superior Life Serums, set potion auto-use to 78–80%, keep Speed, Courage, and Benediction scrolls active, eat Fruit Salad for stamina, and slot Shield of Protection on Templar.
Replace basic healing with the Superior versions
The single largest survivability gain is swapping your starter heals for their Superior tier. Both the potion and the serum roughly double what they restore, which turns a near-death moment into a recovered one. The potion heals over time, so it keeps you topped up during sustained damage; the serum lands instantly, so it is your save button when a boss spikes you.
| Consumable | Restores | Delivery |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 1,000 HP + 5% Max HP | Over 10s, every 1.95s | |
| Up to 2,000 HP + 10% Max HP | Over 10s, every 1.95s | |
| 1,500 HP + 5% Max HP | Instant | |
| 3,000 HP + 10% Max HP | Instant |
You can buy both Superior items outright from the Market if you would rather not craft. Listings show the healing values and current prices side by side, so compare before you commit a stack of Kina.

Crafting them with Alchemy
Crafting is cheaper per batch if you have the mastery. A Superior Life Serum needs Alchemy mastery 55, one Life Serum (Bound), one Fresh Aria, and one Professional Glass Bottle (Bound), with a base success rate of 72.9%. Superior Life Potions follow the same material pattern of a base potion, Fresh Aria, and a Professional Glass Bottle.

Fresh Aria is the material that drives the cost up. Instead of buying it directly, buy cheap Fine Odyle and run it through Substance Morph to convert it into Fresh Aria. That one step keeps a long farming session affordable.

Add to Google Preferences →Set potion auto-use to 78–80%
Carrying better potions does nothing if they fire too late. Set the auto-use health threshold to roughly 78% to 80%. Triggering that high means the heal is already ticking before a sudden burst can drop you from a comfortable-looking bar to dead in one mechanic. Leaving it at a low value is how players vanish in a single hit they technically had the HP to eat.

Keep your buff scrolls active
Speed, Courage, and Benediction scrolls are the baseline every run should have up. They sell from General Goods Merchants, last 300 seconds each, and stack together. The Benediction scroll’s extra Max HP is the direct survivability piece; Speed and Courage help you dodge and react faster. Superior (blue) versions add five percentage points each but cost noticeably more on the Exchange, so save them for when the standard trio is not enough.
| Scroll | Standard | Superior |
|---|---|---|
| Speed | +10% Move Speed | +15% Move Speed |
| Courage | +10% Combat Speed | +15% Combat Speed |
| Benediction | +10% Max HP, +200 HP | +15% Max HP, +250 HP |
Eat Fruit Salad to keep dodging
Stamina is the resource that decides whether you can dash out of a mechanic a third time. Fruit Salad raises Block by 50, Defense by 150, Max Stamina by 350, and Natural Stamina Regen by 35% for 300 seconds. The stamina numbers are what matter in a long boss fight: with a bigger pool and faster regen, you keep evading instead of standing still in an attack because the dash greyed out.

You can cook it yourself or buy it cheaply from the Exchange, where it tends to sit at a low price. Set food to auto-use in your inventory so the buff refreshes without you thinking about it.

Shield of Protection for Templars
Templars facing bosses that hit hard should equip the Stigma skill Shield of Protection. It briefly boosts Block Damage Reduction by 100%, ensures a Block, and replenishes 110 MP and Stamina a single time when a Block occurs. This active Magic skill has a 20-second cooldown, is unlocked at required level 22, and costs 1 Stigma point.

Its specialisations turn it from a panic button into a sustained defensive tool. At skill level 5 it gains an extra consecutive use, at level 10 it becomes a mobile skill so you can block while repositioning, at level 15 it grants +20% Move Speed for 3 seconds on Block, and at level 20 it restores 10% of your HP once on Block. The skill caps at level 25.

Bound versions of these items cannot be traded, so the Market and Exchange listings you buy from are the untraded Superior Life Potion, Superior Life Serum, and Fruit Salad variants rather than the Bound ones you earn from quests, shops, or the battle pass.
Put it together and the result is a run where you survive the mistakes instead of restarting from them: Superior heals firing at 78–80%, three scrolls and a food buff always up, stamina to dodge the long fights, and on Templar a near-guaranteed block for the heaviest boss hits. None of it is rare, and all of it travels between Conquest and Transcendence on the same loadout.
