Winning an Artifact Siege in Aion 2 gives your faction a short PvE reward round. Every Artifact your side holds when the siege ends opens an Abyss Corridor portal beside it. The Corridor is an instanced arena where monsters keep spawning, and each kill adds Abyss Points until the timer runs out. In one Templar run that entered with just over two minutes left, the counter ended at 24,991 Abyss Points.

Quick answer: After your faction holds an Artifact when the siege ends, go to that Artifact, press F at the green sphere, and kill everything until the timer expires.

Abyss Corridor requirements and access window

The Corridor is tied to the Artifact Siege in Chaotic Lower Reshanta. That siege runs on Monday, Thursday and Saturday at 21:00 server time. During the siege, a Dimensional Core spawns at each Artifact. In Lower Reshanta the Core is level 65. The faction that lands the last hit on a Core takes that Artifact. Whoever holds it when the siege ends gets the Corridor portal there.

  • You need Character Level 45 and Item Level 1,000 to enter Lower Reshanta.
  • You can only enter Corridors at Artifacts your own faction holds.
  • Each held Artifact gives one Corridor entry, so holding more Artifacts means more runs.
  • Portals stay open until the next siege starts or until server matchmaking changes.
  • If a faction has no Artifacts remaining on a layer, an additional Corridor appears at its base. Entry is limited to that faction.

Lower Reshanta has three Artifacts, and each one can host a Corridor portal:

ArtifactWhere it sits
Reshanta’s Root ArtifactReshanta’s Root (map center)
Sulfur Tree Island ArtifactBranding Island, Sulfur Tree Island
Archipelago of Siel’s Wings ArtifactGrave of Steel, Archipelago of Siel’s Wings

Controlling Artifacts grants the entire faction extra Abyss Points on that layer: one Artifact gives +2.5%, two give +5%, and holding all three gives +7.5%.

Corridor access does not carry over into the next siege. Once the next Artifact Siege begins, any entry you have not used is gone.

How to enter the Abyss Corridor

Open the world map for Chaotic Lower Reshanta and switch to the Artifact Siege view. The Faction Status line shows how many Artifacts each camp holds. Artifacts you cannot use are marked Unavailable. An Artifact your side holds shows “Abyss Corridor Entrance Created” and a Usage Time countdown.

Travel to the Artifact your faction holds. You can teleport straight to a faction-controlled Artifact, which saves flight time while the Usage Time counts down.
Walk onto the central dais to the swirling green sphere, then press F to interact. Your character channels for a moment and loads into the Corridor.

Farming Abyss Points inside the Corridor as a Templar

The arena has no boss phase or objective other than kill count. Dark Spirit’s Sealed Apparition mobs keep spawning, and Incubus Body enemies join the waves. Allied players from your faction farm the same arena alongside you. The enemies are not tough and do not hit hard. The Corridor is also instanced, so the other faction cannot interfere. That means you can trade survivability for damage and clear speed.

Continuous Wave Clearing01:20Continuous Wave Clearing
Every kill in a wave feeds the Abyss Points counter, so keep moving to the next cluster of spawns. Shown at 01:20 in StingKnight’s video. Image: NC

On a Templar, the effective loop is to open each fresh cluster with area skills and fill cooldown gaps with basic attacks. Keep doing this until the clock hits zero. Hitting enemies from the side or rear triggers FRONT CRITICAL and BACK CRITICAL hits, so it pays to step around a pack rather than only facing it head-on. Do not stop to reset in the last minute. Points keep counting until the timer reads 00:00.

Templar skill values for Abyss Corridor runs

The Templar uses a Longsword and fills the Tank role. Corridor runs mostly reward hitting groups often and refreshing cooldowns. The skills below cover both, and their numbers come straight from the current game build.

SkillCooldown / MPReachDamage (min–max level)
Warding Strike (regular)30s / 200 MP4 enemies maximum, within 4.5 m388 → 4,749 (+212.5% Attack), Lv 1–40
Empyrean Lord’s Punishment (Stigma)60s / 200 MP20 m target, 4 enemies within 4 m939 → 2,976 (+164% Attack), Lv 1–25
Doom Shield (Stigma)30s20 m rush1,254 → 3,974 (+219% Attack), Lv 1–25
Noble Armor (Stigma)120sSelfNo damage; +5.4% Max HP for 120s

Warding Strike hits up to four enemies around you, heals you right away, and grants Warding for 10 seconds. At skill level 8 its cooldown drops by 5 seconds. It also gains +100 Block and a heal over time during Warding. At level 12, Warding gains extra damage tolerance the more targets you hit, which suits packed Corridor waves.

Empyrean Lord’s Punishment splashes damage across up to four enemies near your target. It always stuns NPCs, so it locks down a Corridor pack every time. Its level 15 specialization adds +10% PvE Damage Boost for 10 seconds on hit.

Doom Shield rushes you to a target up to 20 m away. That lets you close the gap to the next spawn cluster without walking. At level 5 a hit resets the Annihilate cooldown. At level 15 Doom Shield resets its own cooldown when it kills an enemy. Against weak, constantly spawning mobs, that means you can often chain it from kill to kill.

Noble Armor deals no damage. Its 120-second duration easily covers a full Corridor session, and buff dispels cannot remove it. In an arena this forgiving, it is the slot to swap for something offensive if you carry a separate PvE Stigma setup.

How you know the Corridor run is finished

When the HUD timer reaches 00:00, a white flash teleports you out of the arena. You land back beside the portal on the Artifact island, and a Usage Time Expired notice confirms the session is closed. Your Abyss Points total updates with everything the run earned. A run entered with 02:10 on the clock produced 24,991 points.

You spend those points at the Abyss Trade Shop on items such as Potential Stones, Abyssal Manastones, Stigma Shards and PvP wings. If your faction still holds other Artifacts, teleport to the next one and repeat the entry before the next siege starts.
