The Kisk Summoning Stone: Personal places a respawn point that only you can use. In AION 2, dying in a Spacetime Rift or in the Abyss usually means a long trip back to a Kibelisk, or getting kicked out of the area altogether. A Personal Kisk lets you revive close to where you fell and keep going.

Quick answer: Buy it for 100,000 Kina from a General Goods Merchant in Verteron or Altgard, or from the main menu Shop. You can also get one free from a level 45 Spacetime Rift quest.

What the Kisk Summoning Stone: Personal does

Using the stone summons a Personal Kisk where you are standing. That Kisk becomes a temporary resurrection point. If you die while it is still up, you can revive at the Kisk instead of at a distant Kibelisk. Nobody else can use it. A party member, a legion mate, or a stranger fighting next to you will still respawn at the usual places.

The stone is a consumable, so each one gives you one Kisk. Here is what it looks like on the item side:

PropertyValue
RarityCommon
CategoryMisc. / Kisk
Required level1
Cooldown30 minutes (1,800s)
Stack size100
FactionsElyos and Asmodian versions
Sell price1,000 Kina

The 30-minute cooldown is the limit that matters in practice. After you place a Kisk, you cannot put down another one for half an hour, no matter how many stones you are carrying. Choose the spot carefully.

How to get the Kisk Summoning Stone: Personal

There are three ways to get the stone. You cannot craft it, and you cannot buy one from another player.

Buying from the Shop or a merchant gives you the same item at the same price. The main menu Shop is simply quicker because you do not have to travel to a merchant. Merchants only pay 1,000 Kina when you sell one back, which is 1 percent of the purchase price. Selling extras is almost never worth it.

Spacetime Rift quests that reward a Personal Kisk

A zone quest for each faction awards a Kisk Summoning Stone: Personal (Bound). Both become available at level 45 and require you to cross into enemy territory via a Spacetime Rift. The rifts appear at changing locations on a schedule. Their positions are marked on the map, and a server-wide message announces each appearance.

Spacetime Rift: Not Quite the Same (Elyos)

Mino, a Wind Breeze Merchant, gives you this quest at the Abandoned Legion Outpost in Verteron. He has been through a rift and found a marsh that looks a lot like Verteron, only gloomier, and he wants samples. Go through to Altgard, defeat 4 Ashen Forest Spirit and 3 Burned Withered Agrint, then return to Mino in Verteron.

“You don’t see colors like this in Verteron. I’ll research whether it can be made into a product. Thanks, nyerk!”

Spacetime Rift: Unknown Species (Asmodian)

At the Collapsed Chasm in Altgard, Uru of the Quai Merchants offers this quest. He is keenly interested in the equipment carried by the creatures on the far side of the rift. Travel to Verteron, defeat 4 Kobold Worker and 3 Kobold Laborer to obtain their gear, then bring it back to Uru in Altgard.

Trading and storage rules

The Personal Kisk stone is bound, so it stays in your account’s hands. The bind still allows some movement between characters:

  • Character Storage: allowed
  • Server Storage: allowed, so alts on the same server can share a stack
  • Public Trade (Market): not allowed
  • Personal Trade: not allowed

Where to place a Personal Kisk

Enemy monsters and players can destroy a Kisk. A Kisk dropped next to a road, an enemy town, guards, or a Kibelisk can disappear before you ever use it, and then you are waiting out a 30-minute cooldown with no fallback. In a rift, move away from the entry point and the obvious travel routes first. Then place it somewhere hidden that is still close enough to your objective that respawning does not mean another long run.

Kisks cannot be placed everywhere. Some instanced and restricted areas block them, so treat the stone as a tool for open-world content such as Spacetime Rifts, Abyss zones, and field bosses.

Personal Kisk compared with the other Kisk stones

AION 2 has four Kisk Summoning Stones. All of them create the same kind of respawn point. The difference is who can use it, and the price goes up with the group size.

Kisk stoneWho can revive therePrice
PersonalSummoner only100,000 Kina
PartySummoner’s party300,000 Kina
ForceSummoner’s Force500,000 Kina
LegionSummoner’s legion500,000 Kina

If you play alone, the Personal stone is the cheapest way to get a respawn point. In a group, one Party Kisk costs less than three or more players each buying a Personal one.
