Safe Haven sits inside the Altgard region and acts as a base of operations for Asmodian Daeva. Beyond its story beats, the settlement hands out a cluster of optional regional quests that pay growth materials, titles, and gear. Three of them are standard pickups you can still run, while a trio tied to a fromis_9 collaboration event is retired and can no longer be turned in.

Quick answer: Safe Haven offers six Asmodian regional quests. Three remain completable (recommended levels 16 to 45) and grant 4,036,494 XP combined; the three fromis_9 event quests are no longer valid.

Hugo Mercenaries: Past and Present (level 16)

Hugo Mercenaries: Past and Present starts and finishes with Derk in Safe Haven. He used to ride with the Hugo Mercenaries, but split from them after a dispute with Hugo over a reckless Fafnite recovery mission in Ishalgen. The report that Ishalgen had claimed the entire company left him with one unresolved wish: to give a proper farewell to a friend whose message he had never answered.

Read Hugo’s letter, the last message Derk ever received from him. It sets up why Derk feels he owes Hugo a goodbye.
Talk to Derk again to hear his thoughts. He recalls that the mercenaries once kept a stronghold nearby and left in a hurry without packing anything, so some of Hugo’s belongings may still be there.
Go to the former mercenary base Derk told you about and search it. In a battered box, you find Hugo’s diary, a dagger smeared with blood, and an eye gouged from its socket. The diary describes Hugo’s dread of becoming like Karas and his concern for the company’s future.
Talk to Derk at the Mire Campsite. Seeing Hugo’s things brings back memories, including the day Hugo turned up wearing an eyepatch after sacrificing his own eye to slow the Karas spreading through him.
Visit the memorial behind Shadow Hall, a place Hugo especially liked.
Talk to Derk once more at the memorial before the farewell.
Use the Small Hole to lay flowers beside the vacant grave and remember Hugo. Derk concludes the quest by resolving to live near the village. He says, “No amount of grief will bring them back… It’s time to let go.”

Turning the quest in to Derk awards 50,028 XP, Kina (Bound) x14,000, a Wisdom Stone (Bound), a Daevanion Crystal (Bound), the Even If I Must Give My All title, and the Old Mercenary Commander Earrings. The final dialogue from Derk confirms the quest is complete.

Missing Mount (level 16)

Missing Mount begins with Hadala at Safe Haven and concludes with Tomgus. A Fossa in Dinoh’s care ran off; Dinoh pursued it by himself and then disappeared as well. Hadala acts unconcerned, but complains, “Don’t misunderstand! It’s not like I care about that idiot!”

Galorik

Talk to Galorik at the checkpoint to ask about Dinoh. A patrolling guard spotted him near the Crash Site Cliffs, which worries Galorik because the area crawls with mutants.
Go to the spot beneath the Crash Site Cliff that Galorik pointed out and find Dinoh. He is hurt after trying to fight a Klaw to save the Fossa.
Head back to the place Hadala described to learn the runaway’s fate. It wandered into a Klaw nest, disturbed the eggs, and was killed. Once you defeat the enraged Klaw, Hadala collects the Fossa’s body, and a Soul Crystal rises from it. She takes the chance to describe death in Atreia and the basics of Genus Insight, then hauls the grumbling Dinoh back to Safe Haven.

Turn in to Tomgus, who promises to find a proper place for the remaining mounts. The reward is 50,028 XP, Kina (Bound) x14,000, a Wisdom Stone (Bound), a Daevanion Crystal (Bound), the Lingering Warmth title, Soul Crystal (Bound) x10, and the Old Mercenary Commander Earrings.

I’m a Believer! (level 45)

I’m a Believer! is offered by Kanes at the Temporary Investigation Base and completed with Markan at the Creion Campsite. Kanes, who serves in the militia, is stuck in bed with back pain and believes Markan can make a remedy potent enough to revive someone on their deathbed. Doubting Markan will help a visitor who arrives without a gift, he asks you to bring one first.

Congealed Drana

Complete the quest’s sole objective by defeating 15 Congealed Drana and gathering their Drana liquid around the Dredgion Crash Site. Give the liquid to Markan to complete the quest. Amused, Markan says, “I don’t think such a medicine exists. Nor am I making any.” He is nevertheless pleased to receive the Drana liquid.

Completion pays 3,936,438 XP, Kina (Bound) x100,000, a Wisdom Stone (Bound), a Daevanion Crystal (Bound), the fitting Gullible title, and a Liberator Necklace. That XP figure is far larger than the two level-16 quests, making this the most valuable Safe Haven regional quest for leveling.

Retired fromis_9 collab quests (level 99)

Three Safe Haven quests were part of a fromis_9 collaboration event and are now marked no longer valid, so they cannot be accepted or completed. They are listed here for reference, since their rewards and stories still appear in the quest log region.

The Case of the Stolen Stage Props

The Case of the Stolen Stage Props was given by the Stage Director and completed with Park Jiwon. Just before a special performance with fromis_9, several props vanished. The host groaned, “D-Don’t tell the others…but the stage props are gone, nyerk!” Your job was to identify the thief and retrieve the items. Rewards included the fromis_9 LIKE YOU BETTER INTRO emote and a choice of one fromis_9 title.

Whodunit, Kru?

Whodunit, Kru? began with Lee Chaeyoung and was turned in to the Stage Director. From what fromis_9 told you, you searched a hidden storage site beyond town and discovered the Spice Krus secretly rehearsing there. Resentful at being excluded from the show, they had taken the props for revenge; defeating them got everything back. The rewards were the Flover Cheer1 and Flover Cheer2 emotes.

The Performance of a Lifetime

The Performance of a Lifetime came from the Stage Director and turned in to Baek Jiheon. With the props restored, the performance went ahead successfully, and fromis_9 handed over an autographed keepsake before parting ways. Its rewards were the fromis_9 LIKE YOU BETTER Preview1 and Preview2 emotes.

Lee Nagyung

For the three quests you can still run, completion is confirmed when the quest closes on its final dialogue and the listed XP, Kina, and items land in your inventory. Hugo Mercenaries: Past and Present and Missing Mount reward the most at level 16, while I’m a Believer! is the clear pick once you are near level 45 thanks to its 3,936,438 XP payout.

fromis_9 Event Quest Details and Bound Kina

The fromis_9 quests are filed under the Dawn Legion Base area and start in Verteron, not Safe Haven. They are listed for both Elyos and Asmodian characters, and the Journal marks them as no longer valid.

The Case of the Stolen Stage Props lets you choose one of five titles as its reward:

Both The Case of the Stolen Stage Props and The Performance of a Lifetime exist in two versions under the same title.

Kina (Bound) versus Kina

The three active quests pay Kina (Bound), which works as currency throughout Atreia but is unavailable in certain content. Regular Kina is the currency used in the Market and the Kina Chest (Substance Morph). Bound Kina from these quests is therefore not interchangeable with Kina in those two places.

I’m a Believer! objective

The quest has a single tracked step: defeat 15 Congealed Drana in Altgard. Kanes starts it at the Temporary Investigation Base, and Markan finishes it at the Creion Campsite.
