The Aberrant Sylphen is a level 26 creature of Normal rank that roams the open world and will not attack you on sight. It appears only in Verteron, on the Elyos side, and all 14 of its marked spots sit in Eastern Tolbas Forest. With every spawn in that one area, Eastern Tolbas Forest is where you hunt it, and because it never starts a fight, you can pick your targets at your own pace.
