Soul Ruler Kashapa, the Verteron Inspector, is a level 48 field boss with one spawn on each side of the map. Elyos players find it at a single marked spot in Eastern Altamia Highland in Verteron, while Asmodians track it down at one spot in Fafnite Deposit in Altgard.
