Watcher Kaira is a level 65 field boss found in Lower Reshanta, in the Abyss. All 6 of its marked spots sit in the Black Fragments Area – Abandoned Island, so that is the only place to look for it. It follows a fixed schedule, appearing every 180 minutes from 01:00 server time, which lets you plan your arrival rather than wait around on the island.
