Dark Arisen pours 165 new weapons into Dragon’s Dogma 2, split so that each of the nine vocations with its own weapon type gets either 18 or 19 of them. Most arrive as relics you appraise, a handful are forged at a workshop, and ten come from sealed chests in a single proving ground. Below is every name, grouped by exactly where it comes from.
How spoils, Smithed weapons, and Ephemeral Keys hand you new gear
Relic weapons do not arrive ready to equip. You carry unidentified spoils to Jiera in the Norgandian Settlement and spend Rift Crystals to appraise them. Until the appraisal finishes, the spoil has no fixed identity; once it resolves, it becomes a named weapon you can equip straight away.
A spoil’s type determines the weapon categories it can contain, while its level—from Lv 1 to Lv 5—defines the weapons in its pool. Gear from a spoil bearing the Ancient prefix has a potent special skill; at some levels, these spoils can also yield weapons absent from regular spoils of the same level.
The four spoil types describe themselves plainly. Aegis appraises into a shield. Bowstaff appraises into a bow, staff, or magickal bow. Light Weaponry appraises into a sword, daggers, or censer. Long Weaponry appraises into a greatsword, archistaff, or duospear.
The first appraisal most players perform comes from a Lv 1 Light Weaponry spoil, which can resolve into a Barbaric Axe for the Fighter.

Higher levels and the Ancient prefix change the ceiling. A Lv 4 Ancient Light Weaponry spoil, for instance, can appraise into a sword such as Ruin-Bringer’s Woe, arriving with its own special skill attached.

Many of the Lv 1 to Lv 4 relic weapons have a Smithed version. These are not appraised at all. Hal makes them to order at his Workshop under the Manufacture option, using ore and monster materials instead of Rift Crystals, which gives you a fixed route to a weapon the appraisal lottery might never hand over.
Use an Ephemeral Key to unlock the sealed chests in the Seafloor Sepulcher proving ground. They contain ten additional weapons: one for each weapon type, as well as a shield; these are not obtained through appraisal or manufacture.

Work down these lists and the three routes become easy to plan around. If you want a specific weapon fast, forge its Smithed version at Hal’s Workshop rather than chasing the right spoil. If you want the version with a built-in special skill, target the Ancient spoil at its listed level. And for the ten Ephemeral Key weapons, the Seafloor Sepulcher is the only place they appear.
