Three Kuuhenki Shrines sit scattered across the Frost Moon region in Genshin Impact 6.7, and each one is locked behind its own key. They work almost exactly like the Shrine of Depths in Teyvat. Find the shrine, spend a key, and crack open the Luxurious Chest inside. Clear all three and you walk away with 240 Primogems plus a mix of Luna Sigils, upgrade materials, and Mora.
Quick answer: The three shrines are in Ungien’s Circle, in the small crater area northwest of Bubble Pool, and on an island at the northern edge of Moontide Sea. You open each with a Kuuhenki Shrine Key earned from the Statue of the New Moon (levels 9 and 10) and the Nuur Stone Circle Meeting Point (level 3).

Before you go: unlock the Frost Moon first
You can only explore the Frost Moon region after finishing the Pioneers quest and making progress through the Moon Gazing world quest chain. Until those are done, none of the shrine areas are reachable, so clear that progression before hunting for keys.

| Region | Where to look |
|---|---|
| Ungien’s Circle | Upper right area, at the end of a cliff-lined road |
| Northwest of Bubble Pool | Small crater area reached off the transit lane |
| Moontide Sea | A small island at the northern edge |
Ungien’s Circle shrine
Teleport to the waypoint east of the Space Lifeform Capture Station in Ungien’s Circle, then head west. The shrine sits at the end of a road hemmed in by cliffs in the upper right part of the area. You can glide down from the cliff edge and land directly on the platform in front of the door.

Northwest of Bubble Pool shrine
The second shrine hides in a small explorable crater area northwest of Bubble Pool. The trick is the route. While riding the high-speed transit lane from Ungien’s Circle toward Bubble Pool, get off at the lone minor stop between the two to reach the pocket of land where the shrine sits.
This same spot is worth a longer visit. The Prism Slime local legend boss lives here, along with a couple of Lunoculus and some chests.

Moontide Sea shrine
The last shrine sits on the northernmost part of Moontide Sea. Teleport to the northernmost waypoint in the area and look to your left to spot it. It rests on a small island, and you can’t swim straight across the glowing water to reach it.
Instead, head southwest and use the Archaeolune Energy Node. It launches you into a spirit form so you can dash and glide through the rings and launch points strung over the sea until you land on the island in front of the shrine door.

How to get Kuuhenki Shrine Keys
You need three keys to open all three shrines, and there are only two ways to earn them right now. Both come from leveling up Frost Moon structures with the region’s collectibles.
| Source | Requirement | Keys |
|---|---|---|
| Statue of the New Moon | Raise to levels 9 and 10 | 2 |
| Nuur Stone Circle Meeting Point | Raise to level 3 | 1 |
Statue of the New Moon: Offer every Lunoculus you collect to the Statue to push it toward its maximum level. Hitting level 9 and level 10 each hands you one Kuuhenki Shrine Key, for two total.
Nuur Stone Circle Meeting Point: This offering system unlocks after you complete the Origin of the Sequence quest. Turn in Luna Sigils and raise the area’s exploration progress to bring the Meeting Point to level 3, which grants the third key.

Once you reach a shrine with a key in hand, an [F] Open prompt appears at the door. Opening it consumes one key and reveals the Luxurious Chest inside. Do that at all three, and the full 240 Primogems along with the rest of the rewards are yours.
